I Would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for coach hire. I was unfortunate enough to use their services to transfer my wedding guests from their hotel to the church. Firstly, they turned up with the wrong coach. It was too small to fit all my guests in and was not what I had paid for. They then sent for the double decker coach which I had ordered. When it arrived, it was old and shabby. It looked nothing like the shiny fleet that this company use on their website. When it was finally ready to leave, it struggled to start. Subsequently, it arrived at the church at the same time as me, the bride! I had to wait for guests to get off and settle before I could go in. This delayed the ceremony by 30 minutes. I had to contact the company twice before I got a response which was they knew nothing about it. read more
