I thought it would be colorful and vibrant. The colors were very dull. It made the shirts look old and faded. Not only were the colors reduced but the resolution of my design was also reduced. Had to leave a review because I couldn't find one myself and that would have saved me a few…read moreheadaches. I'd been saving to buy a heat press machine for a few months so I was very reluctant to throw $500 of my hard-earned money to some obscure company I'd never heard of and couldn't find anything about on the internet in terms of customers' reviews. I found their ad on Kijiji Montreal and it seemed too good to be true: 15x15 heat press machines at half the price of what I was expecting to pay, which could in fact allow me to buy the 16x20 model which was the price I expected to pay for the 15x15. I was excited but also suspicious since I couldn't find any reviews whatsoever on any reliable website. I did a few hours of research and a couple days of thinking before I decided the price was so appealing that I had to give it a try. I'm glad I did because the whole shipping process was very easy and efficient. I received a confirmation email right away and the machine was shipped the very next day. I received an email from customer support to let me know my light paper order was going to be delayed but I received both items the following week within a 24 hour period. I haven't actually had a chance to try out the heat press yet because I'm still missing a few things to get started, but I plugged it in and it does heat up, everything seems to be working fine so far and the quality is great as I expected. I'll have to update this review in a few months to let you know that the machine still works (hopefully), but for now I'm rating Middle Graphics 5 stars. Hope this helps!
