I have now been waiting since 2-14-26 being told my medication authorization was still pending with Blue Shield. Blue shield told me TODAY that the authorization was only submitted YESTERDAY. This is the worst excuse for medical care. If you have a condition that requires consistent care DO NOT EVEN MAKE AN APPT HERE. If this is the only option for dermatological care assigned to your insurance, SWITCH YOUR INSURANCE and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
