Initially I was a bit confused as the main customer service center at another location used to allow customers inside to conduct business. This lady was very kind about my error and she didn't make me feel dumb! Following her instructions, I got in my truck and took my place in line. It went pretty fast and the lady at the window was knowledgeable and proficient. I was satisfied until I had to cough up almost three hundred dollars to get water service turned on to one of my rental properties.

This really bothers me now that meters are read by computers too so I don't trust the readings accuracy.
