The food was really delicious and well prepared. Not a single complaint about the food. The atmosphere was lively and cozy. The service was friendly and attentive. Probably one of the nicest servers I've come across in Berlin. Only reason I docked a star is because I felt that the food was very overpriced in comparison to what you get. I had one of the specials. Some items on the menu are reasonably priced though. I would try one of their Buddha Bowls next time. read more

Great place for breakfast and at first I thought .. "Damn, i am now stuck in this overpriced breakfast again" but actually the portion was huge! I got the salmon crepe and it was huge! Also came with salad and the crepe was delicious. The salmon was huge salmon filet (a bit salty but still great) The service was great given how busy the place was The internet was broken when I was there. The vibe was not as nice as I hoped... Too loud and cramped. read more

I love this place. Particularly because of their selection. Loads of different things to eat, from healthy to less healthy options ;) it can get very busy on weekends which also means pretty noisy. Make sure to make a reservation on weekends and let the foodstivities begin ! read more

Went there for breakfast on Saturday morning. Had to wait 40 min for food. Club Sandwich was a parody as chicken was dry and it was not possible to eat it. When talking to the manager she told me that I could get freshly made food but would have to wait as "it is a bit busy". read more

Fresh off a couple flights across the Atlantic, we needed fuel to begin our fight against jet lag. We dropped our bags at our hotel and decided to explore the area. A few blocks away, we stumbled upon SETs, with its open windows and tables pouring out onto the sidewalk. It looked like a place to get a good lunch on a Sunday afternoon. And it didn't let us down. We sat inside, as all the outside tables were full, and we didn't want to wait. Service was a little slow to get going, but not terrible. I ordered a cappuccino, and was not disappointed (the first of many awesome cappuccinos in Germany). Between the 4 of us, we got a huge salad, a ridiculously large club sandwich (with roasted turkey), and another equally large sandwich. It was all fresh and delicious, and very filling. Prices were reasonable - I think it was about 32 Euros for the whole deal. If we were there for longer, we definitely would've gone back. Seems like a nice neighborhood spot. read more

Try to avoid the panino with tomato and cheese, it's tasteless (without any kind of taste). The later you come, the less is the quality of the food. Compare to the other places in the hood, it's really cheap - so don't expect miracles. Stick to the basics (eggs, bread, fresh juices) and everything will be ok. read more

This place is welcoming and the service is always friendly. An excellent place to get a light meal and they serve things that aren't always expected, but are always yummy! The decor is very nice, but the atmosphere isn't pretentious. It reminds me more of a French cafe, but with a distinctly 'Berlin' style. Everyone is welcome (including dogs) and it's a great place to spend a lazy morning. read more

Seit etwa zwei Jahren gehe ich regelmäßig ins SETs und war bisher immer zufrieden. Es ist zwar fast immer voll, aber das Ambiente ist trotzdem sehr angenehm. Die verschiedenen Quiches, die mit einem frischen, leckeren Salat serviert werden, sind sehr empfehlenswert und auch die hausgemachte Limonade ist super. Nach dem Shopping am Ku'damm einfach der perfekte Ort zum Lunchen. read more

Nur was für Leute mit Geld :-) Wir haben nur einen Latte Macchiato getrunken, der wär für 2.90EUR aber auch einfach nur niedlich wirklich ziemlich klein. Samstag Morgen war es ziemlich voll und es scheint eher ein Sehen-Und-Gesehen-Werden-Laden zu sein. Promis schauen wohl auch öfter dort vorbei ;-) read more

Wir waren am Samstag mit einem befreundeten Gastronomen im Set's. Hoch angepriesen haben wir immer wieder vom Set's gelesen. Wir waren überrascht. Brot kam geliefert, Kuchen und kalter Hund wurden auch nicht selbst gemacht, Mittagstisch bestand aus gekochtem Hackfleisch, was eine Bologense sein sollte. Der Salat war sandig und mit einer in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmten Ente die nach dem Geschmack zu Urteilen schon mal eingefroren war verziert. Der Landschinken kam so Dick auf den Schwarzbrotscheiben das wir es zurückgehen ließen.Denke hier siegt mal wieder das Konzept billig, schlechte Qualität der eingekauften wäre und hoffen das die Gäste es nicht merken. Nicht zu vergessen, hatte mein Freund noch Hunger auf ein Crepes, wir dachten da kann man nichts falsch machen. Aber weit gefehlt. Crepes vorgemacht, alt und aus der Mikrowelle ? Auf Mango ? Mit Erdbeer Marmelade ?? Ist das ernstgemeint ? Der Service war freundlich nur der große Schwarzgelockte Barista unterhielt mit seinen Witzen nicht nur seine Barkollegen sondern das ganze Restaurant. Wir sind auch wenn wir vom Fach kommen nicht zu streng bei unseren Ansprüchen. Nur hier stimmt gewaltig etwas nicht im Konzept. ich war im SET und es war spitze. ich kann nicht verstehen, wie sich jemand ueber diese preise aufregen kann - superguenstig - man bekommt das fruehstueck serviert, in warmer angenehmer atmosphaere - z.b. teure franzoesische kaese. sollten die betreiber das essen verschenken? die haben auch kosten - und wenn sich jemand im cafe eine scheibe kaese bestellt, dann ist ihm nicht zu helfen, die soll er zuhause an seinem resopaltisch essen und schicke micki???? null - ganz normale menschen, gottseidank keine gruenen rucksacktouristen!, die sich eine scheibe kaese bestellen wollen!!!! fuer ordentliches essen und trinken muss man eben bezahlen, sonst ab zu aldi und plastikkaese kaufen read more

Gerade mit meinem Mann aus dem Set's raus. Rühreier ohne Salz und Milch ? Obstsalat mit Stücken die 5 cm messen ? Tomatensuppe die nur gezuckert und mit getrockneten Kräuter total überwürzt schmeckt ? Haben uns vor unseren Gästen wirklich blamiert. Nie wieder !
