I'd just arrived in Frascati and asked a girl in the street where a good pizza place was. She recommended Setaccio, so there I went. Frascati has more pizza taglia (by the slice) joints than I've seen anywhere in Italy! And this one was good, and popular. You tell them where to slice and then pay by the weight. I had pizza with cheese and zucchini and pistachios (!), a combination I'd never seen before. Also a nice hot from the fryer suppli classico, filled with rice tomato and cheese. The pizza slices were not on a hot table, so had to be reheated in a small oven, and the cheese was not thoroughly melted -- a bit more time in the forno would have been good.
