I was not informed there was a 25% up charge for the special color matching. Thank goodness I had already put down 50% and signed a contract. I was reminded not once but three times that my order was small. Clearly they had not worked with this vendor in quite a while, did not understand the vendors policy or knowledge of product/pricing. Steal the Stage really came through with helping us get our home ready to sell. We have an average…read more family/kid home. Comfortable furniture, rooms are basic, nothing too fancy. When Natalie first came to our home to do a consultation she was very thorough and gave great tips and ideas. Fast forward a few weeks and we were hitting the ground running. She had the measurements for the areas that we needed to update and declutter. When we arrived at the furniture store she was able to quickly envision the style we needed and picked out our new sofas for our living room and family room. Once our furniture was delivered, that's when the real fun began. Natalie arrived ready to work!! She helped my sons declutter their rooms, being 17 and 9 that can be a real challenge, but that didn't scare her! After she throughly went through every room and living spaces, she was ready to create her masterpiece!! Just when we decided to put our home on the market, COVID-19 hit!! We were not sure what to do at this point, do we sell do we stay?? We were Natalie's first COVID-19 client and she put our minds at ease when she said let's do Speed Staging!!! You might ask, what is that?!? Speed Staging is when you have minimal staging and can use the majority of the existing furniture in the home.
