An appointment was set, the technician came out and fixed it. The next day when she drove to work, the automatic door lock didn't work. She decided to ignore it and just use the manual switch. However, about 2-3 weeks later the window started making a grinding noise. She called and was told they would fix it and set up an appointment for a Friday. The technician comes out, then says it was too cold to do the work so he left. It wasn't snowing, it was just cold. Why show up at all if you're not going to do anything? She sets an appointment for Wednesday. The tech is a no show, and when she calls, she is told they scheduled her for the wrong day. She then has an appointment Friday. The tech doesn't show, and the dispatcher she was working with stops answering her texts. Do not under any circumstances do business with these people.

They placed the broken windshield back onto the vehicle without resealing it on. They also advised I would have to pay an additional $150 for the repair to come back to which I had to argue with them about and contact the manager to reschedule and dispute the additional cost to come back out. That day there was heavy rain causing significant water damage. We had to call multiple times to reach a manager to advise of the situation and set up an appointment. Upon a technician arriving the following day they advised that they did not have the windshield in the truck for the repair and a manager will contact me to reschedule Upon not being contacted i had to call myself to speak with a manager for a third time to reschedule again. I was then on the phone and on hold for over an hour just to speak with the manager to try and resolve the issue. I then drove to the location while still on hold for over an hour to be advised the manager is busy at lunch. After waiting for the manager while still on hold, he arranged to have someone redirected to my residence to do the repair. Upon completion the tech advised there was no damage to the vehicles, the rugs and the seats being went and smelling due to getting wet was not damage and advised us to speak with the manager. I wish I read the countless bad reviews and one star complaints on this location prior to setting up the appointment. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable business practices.
