Well those days are gone as this company just blow me off and would not do anything to help. So I started looking online for a local attorney close to the area I live. After looking around and coming across Dismuke Law website, I remembered seeing their billboards. As I was reading about them, the online chat popped up so I stated a chat. Keep in mind I have never used an attorney for auto accident before. From the first communication I knew this was the Law firm for me. The next morning Maya contacted me a guided me through the initial paperwork and answered all my questions which there were plenty of. Then she moved me on to Marquita who was always patient and understanding to my needs and constant questions. Thank you to both of you. After that I was in contact with Mr. Garrett GAA , my attorney through this mess of insurance company BS. He was the easiest going attorney I have ever spoke to. He makes you feel like he is not better than you, just there to help. He and his staff work hard to make sure I received what was owed and don't let Auto Insurance companies take from you. Even my auto insurance, which I have been with for 36 years, was doing as little as they could to help. This was a true eye opener for me and made me see how little Auto and Health Insurance will do for you but always have their hand out for money they are not entitled to. If you don't have an attorney you could be paying bills that are not owed and will never get fair treatment as they are out for the company not you. I pray I will never need the services of Dismuke Law for an auto accident again BUT I CAN PROMISE YOU, I KNOW WHO TO CALL !!!
