I cannot say enough positive things about Dismuke Law. I was…read moreinvolved in an auto accident just before Thanksgiving and being old school, I called other drivers insurance to get claim started and I was in need of a rental car. Well those days are gone as this company just blow me off and would not do anything to help. So I started looking online for a local attorney close to the area I live. After looking around and coming across Dismuke Law website, I remembered seeing their billboards. As I was reading about them, the online chat popped up so I stated a chat. Keep in mind I have never used an attorney for auto accident before. From the first communication I knew this was the Law firm for me. The next morning Maya contacted me a guided me through the initial paperwork and answered all my questions which there were plenty of. Then she moved me on to Marquita who was always patient and understanding to my needs and constant questions. Thank you to both of you. After that I was in contact with Mr. Garrett GAA , my attorney through this mess of insurance company BS. He was the easiest going attorney I have ever spoke to. He makes you feel like he is not better than you, just there to help. He and his staff work hard to make sure I received what was owed and don't let Auto Insurance companies take from you. Even my auto insurance, which I have been with for 36 years, was doing as little as they could to help. This was a true eye opener for me and made me see how little Auto and Health Insurance will do for you but always have their hand out for money they are not entitled to. If you don't have an attorney you could be paying bills that are not owed and will never get fair treatment as they are out for the company not you. I pray I will never need the services of Dismuke Law for an auto accident again BUT I CAN PROMISE YOU, I KNOW WHO TO CALL !!! I will always be Thankful for the guidance and professionalism I received from Mr. Garrett GAA

Unlike another attorney who wanted $250 just to tell me if I needed an attorney, he was willing to do a phone interview to explain the process. I paid less than what I had guessed and all the paperwork was handled expeditiously though judges do things in their own time so don't expect miracles. As part of the estate I sold my mother's house and Mr. Baker handled that transaction also. Not a good time in my life but at least from the legal end, all I could have hoped for.

The case involved disputed issues regarding commercial reasonableness, valuation, notices, and the handling of the collateral. Bryant quickly understood the complexities of the case, developed a strong strategy, and was always responsive and prepared. Most importantly, he was able to secure a settlement that was favorable to me, and the case was ultimately dismissed. During the call, he told me I…read morehad grounds to continue fighting parts of my case and that the next step would be for me to retain him so he could take over. I texted him on October 17th to let him know when I would have the funds to retain him. His replies were vague, he never sent an engagement letter, never sent a payment link, and never followed up in any way. Nearly a month later, when new issues came up with my prior landlord, I reached out again for guidance and got no response. Because he became unresponsive, I asked for a refund of the consultation fee. He declined, despite never following through or providing any ability to move forward with representation. I ultimately had to file a bank dispute to get my money back, which was granted due to the text message thread I submitted showing his lack of communication and unwillingness to move forward after the consultation. My experience was that I paid for a consultation with no meaningful follow-up, no communication, and no way to proceed despite being told I had grounds to continue my case. I would not recommend based on my experience.
