What I found completely unacceptable was being left standing outside when there was clearly a place inside where I could have waited. To me, this was extremely rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. A client should not have to stand outside someone's home waiting for an appointment, particularly when there is a designated waiting area just a few feet away. A few weeks prior to taking a road trip from California to Salt Lake City, I came across from "From…read moreScratch LLC" website. We set up a 'meet-point' along the I-15 at a rest stops near Zion National Park and with our keen communication, we arrived on the day and time and she was there with a bag of her products! How kind of her to go out of her way for a stranger! I bought three butters; Pain Muscle Butter, Magnesium Muscle Butter/Moutain Zest, and 'Calm' (Lavender) Muscle Butter.
