To say that she was not helpful is an understatement and she clearly had no interest in helping me and told me that he is not taking on any additional clients and basically just wanted to blow me off and was short and downright rude, so I asked her who they might be able to refer us to. Her answer was that they don't know of any other firms in the Dublin area that are taking on any new clients. I asked ger about other firms and that I would just call them to check, and she said that they don't know of any other local firms. Huh?? You are an accounting firm and no of no one else in the area? Sounds like David needs to get out more and socialize with other accountants as I am absolutely certain that he knows of others that he can refer me to.

Horrible. David Bentz, founder, claimed he filed an extension for me. He did not. I followed up…read morewith him 5 times and spent an hour with him reviewing my taxes in his office. He never once notified me of his incompetent mistake. I found out from the IRS months later and had to notify him that he never filed the extension. He responded that he had no idea how the mistake happened and that I was on my own to pay thousands of dollars in penalties. Worst experience ever. DO NOT USE!
