I repeatedly called for adjustment, I told asst by phone, letters and email, I'm willing to pay a fair price, now I'm in collections.

So I hired another professional air conditioning service who went into my attic and took pictures of what was torn ductwork from where they had use the equipment to clean. Now I'm having to repay someone to repair my damages ductwork. When I called and told them about what happened and ask for a refund they told me that I waited past the 10 day refund period And all they could do was send someone out to reclean. I don't think they knew what they were doing when they were actually cleaning my ductwork and therefore damaged my ducts. I had them come on March 30, today is April 30. I had posted a while back asking for referrals on carpet cleaning. I have three children who…read morebelieve the floor is to be used to hold food. Even though my carpet was only a year old it needed some serious TLC. Two rooms in the home had much older carpeting while all the other rooms were a year old. When the owner arrived he instantly made the kids and I comfortable. He assessed the work with me and got straight to work. I was so comfortable with him the kids and I went and ran errands while he worked. He did pick on me saying that my new carpet did not look bad at all. (More on that later.) When we returned home I was 100% satisfied. EVERY room looked fresh and new. Low to no odor. No items were damaged or broken. The carpets looked better then I had hoped even the old (and I mean OLD) ones. He followed up with me that evening to make certain I was satisfied. After telling him I was very pleased he let me know that he was wrong.
