Update: The court date has passed, and Servlaw completely failed to perform the service or file any of the required paperwork. Despite not doing the job they were hired for, they continue to send me bills, rack up late fees, and threaten lawsuits. It is absurd to think a court would enforce payment for an unperformed service. This appears to be nothing more than a predatory tactic to intimidate customers. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this company. read more

I had a fantastic call with Susan w/ Vegas Pro Serv regarding a California gal who now resides in LV that I need to locate for a service. I offered to pay her for first skip tracing, then process serving after I file the motion.  I gave her the information she asked for on 1/10 via email.I even referred someone to her ( like an idiot) I haven't heard an update, so I reached out to her on 1/14 for an update. Her unprofessional response was simply this.... " I can't help" Y'all I explained how the gal I'm trying to locate is putting my husband and I through the wringer, and we are a bit stressed, so for her to have a curt response is so ridiculous.  I then reached out Servlaw.com on Saturday night, and it's Monday morning, Dr. King's birthday and David responded to my inquiry, confirmed some information from me, and found the chick. I reside in Northern California and filed a small claim in my county only to find out I couldn't serve one of the defendants because she moved to Las Vegas. I contacted David at ServLaw and explained my situation. I also explained I had a Vegas address for the defendant and if he would be able to serve this person. He didn't hesitate, told me how much he charged (fair pricing), and served the person in the time frame he promised. I couldn't ask for anything more. Impressive! I waited 5 weeks for my attorney to have papers served. Fed up, I took things into my own hands. Called David on a Monday and left a message. He called back in less than 5 minutes. I've never been in a legal situation before so I didn't know how things work. After speaking with him I emailed him the documents the next day and SHAZAM he served them on Wednesday. He kept me updated the whole time and even followed up a week later to make sure I had received the original AOS in the mail. If I had known how easy it was to have David do it I would have had him do it 5 weeks ago. His fees were very affordable. I would have paid him twice what I was charged. Highly recommend Dave!! I am an out of state client and used Dave as my process server. I thought I had a very hard case to deal with and thought it would be a very difficult process. Don't waste your time and money on this company. They didn't complete my papers properly. The judge denied the paperwork. When I asked to fix it they wanted to charge me $300. They never located my defendant. Not only that, they also charged me for a skip trace I never asked for. Then the skip trace came back empty. This company is wasting your precious court time, since the judge gives you a time frame. They waste your time, and especially your money. They told me after 3 failed attempts I would need to pay $1500 for an undercover investigator to locate the defendant. What a joke. I contacted multiple server company's afterwards. I was finally able to serve the defendant with ANOTHER COMPANY for only $55 that was multiple attempts to serve in person & contacting through calls and email. Now I realized this company is a joke. Was able to accept subpoena via email, take payment with just a few clicks, and even provided a check for mileage/fee without having to mail them or drop of the check personally.
