This is very late in writing, but better late than never. I would like to thank Sandra and Judith for the help they gave me and my wife during a very trying time. We experienced government shutdowns, Covid shutdowns and the stricter scrutiny involved in the process to gain my wife's pardon, residency AND the petition for residency for my 2 stepdaughters. By using Sandra we were more than prepared for the interviews and had more than enough proper documentation for the process which made the final days move quickly and without issues. Also we did not have any unnecessary expenses. We are very thankful for what we accomplished with their assistance!! We have recommended other since and they have also had great results. Thank You The Buchalo/Viveros Family read more

I have always received nothing but the best service at Servicios Leyva. I have been doing my taxes for many years and have never had an issue. Judith has always been very professional, polite, and really seems to care about providing excellent customer service. I especially want to leave this review now because thanks to Servicios Leyva and of course Judith, I received my green card today. It has been a very long journey, but finally a long time dream had come to pass. From the start of the process until now, they have been very helpful, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business to every one including my family and friends. I will definitely keep coming back. Thank you very much! read more

It's been more than 20 missed calls , they never answer, I have left many voicemails and they never get back to me, it's been almost 3 years since my moms case, and they haven't given us any updates on her case. It's a shame we paid everything in full, and now they just don't answer the phone . I don't recommend this place . read more

Sandra is amazing she's obviously very knowledgeable of all services in her office. Her dad helped my aunt and uncle through their residency process in the 1970s. So when my husband needed to get his residency no better place to go to than Leyva Services. Sandra made sure my husband had what was needed throughout the process, and my husband got his green card without any issues. Thank you Sandra for your great services! read more

For tax preparation I just would never go to this place. The owner is an expert but some of her workers are just horrible. They messed up my taxes for 2 years. and it was the same person. I found out that until we missed the date line and I started getting letters from the IRS. I called the IRS and the state directly and told me that I was delinquent on the taxes for two periods. Unbelievable! If it is urgent and need to do your taxes at this place then ask for the owner. She is very good. I do not have any experience with the immigration services that they provide. read more

STAY AWAY from Sandra Leyva and her employees!! This women moved her business out of the city of Chicago because she knows she's been scamming all of the Latinos In Chicago. I used to do my taxes with her because my mom did business with her father many years ago. Sandra is rude! And tries to intimidate you if you don't know tax related questions. She also messed up my sisters immigration application. We're no longer working with her and have to Amend her application now. Also, i tried to sell my house with her realtor Arthur he is also very rude. I chose not to sell with him and later received a rude email from him. Long story short. PLEASE STAY AWAY. read more

I have to start off by saying they are the BEST in all Chicago Land and the surrounding area. They prepared us and reassured us every step of the way. They help my husband and me through this hard immigration prosses and made it much easier. Every call every question was answered, my family and I don't have enough words to thank them for everything they did. Thank you to the Team read more

First of all I want to thank them for all the help. They are professionals and have a lot of experience on what they do. They helped me with my wife's legal status and they did it with the best attitude ever. Their services they offer are not expensive at all. I have recommended them to several of my family members and they are also happy with the service they have received. read more

There attitude is the worse and they call themselves "lawyers" when they are not. Also they never pick up the phone it's so annoying

First of all, I would like to thank Mrs. Leyva for the amazing work and level of professionalism she provided us! I was referred by my aunt and I couldn't be for thankful. I went to another lawn first before being referred and they were extremely expensive and rude after I informed I didn't wanted to have my case worked on by them. Mrs. Leyva not only took us step by step but helped us through all the way either by supplying the answers or the paper work. I just had my interview with Inmigration and everything went well after 8 months of working with her ! After she send the initial paper work everything came up so fast and now I can finally visit my family after 13 years of being away! Thank you so much for the amazing work! I highly recommend this place!!! read more

There is no rating low enough for this business. While Servicios Leyva posts all over their office that they are NOT LAWYERS, they still volunteer to provide services that only a lawyer can and should provide. I used their services to petition for my husband to get a spouse visa 10 years ago. They advised us to travel to Mexico and apply from there; they assured us that we would have an interview and would need a pardon, but that they would have everything together that we would need. In the end, they were dead wrong. When we arrived for our interview, my husband was given a 10-year bar instead of a visa. For 10 years, he was forbidden from entering the country or petitioning for another fisa. Every immigration lawyer I have seen since that experience has told me that ANYONE who knows immigration law would have known to discourage us from leaving the country when we did. I have heard that there are agencies working to shut this business down. Given the 10 years of suffering that my family has endured as a result of the terrible advice we received here, I truly hope they succeed! read more

Great Service they helped with my immigration case. Very professional and they really know what they are doing!!
