1 Star is too kind but since 0 isn't an option that was what I went with. I could not recommend a place less. So from the get go Stefka said she'd never filed a return for someone in my programs wasn't familiar with how our industry worked(I am a hairstylist). This isn't making me feel confident but I continue on with the filing.
Her cell went off and she pulled it out to see who was calling her.. ummm ok, pretty sure I need your attention on my taxes but I still stay.
She then answers the next phone call to book another tax client and at this point I am extremely annoyed. I am paying for your time and you are completely disrespecting mine.
So we keep on trucking, after she books the phone call of course, and she inputs all my tax information or the year into the computer and says she's done. She has not asked me questions to see if I have anything else to add to possibly increase my return and I inform her I have al my receipts from non-reimbursed purchases for work from the year. She makes me go item by item adding everything up myself. Doesn't even take a look at them or double check the math.
This is the point that I was done. I am not going to pay over $200 for me to essentially have followed the turbo tax steps by myself.
Completely unprofessional and a joke. If you do go here, make she it's not with her because I'm not even sure she knows how to file her own taxes. read more
