I had all the furniture cleared and the floors well vacuumed so he could get right to it. 2 hours later it appears I had new carpet theoughout. Oh thos nasty stains... no more. Perfect job at a very reasonable price. I am frugal but still gave him a tip. Couldn't be more pleased.

CHRISTINA'S CLEAN QUEEN'S ABSOLUTELY AMAZING…read more We are very blessed to have found this company, Miss Christina and her crew did an amazing job at our home in Lincoln City We own a business ourselves in Washington doing carpet cleaning, water restoration etc and we are around other vendors constantly especially cleaning companies so we are well versed on the work, expectation, quality, prices etc and I will say it's not so easy to find a great company that provides quality work with good communication and Christina's Clean Queen's is definitely one of the greats. My wife and I are extremely happy to have met her and will continue to work with CCQ for sure. Cleaners vary so much and to us it's a pain finding people that we can trust to do the job well especially if we are not there which can be frustrating. We probably called between 10-12 cleaning companies before we found Christina and everyone was busy or had a lackadaisical attitude about even scheduling coming out to look at the house but Christina was on it She came right away to look at the house. She communicated with us frequently and they are busy busy all the time but she still scheduled us right away I couldn't believe it. We do not write reviews often but we are so happy with this company and so grateful for CCQ we wanted to put this out there. We contacted Servpro of Portland, but they were too busy and directed us to Servpro of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties. These guys showed up, dropped off two dehumidifiers, and sent one of their contractor buddies from Corvallis to try to lock me into a repair contract before anyone even knew the scope of the damage. The two dehumidifiers died after about six hours, and Servpro just left the broken down humidifiers at our house, without coming back to reset or replace them, until I finally gave up and told them to come back and get their machines out of the way so Servicemaster could take over and actually open up the walls and dry things out. These clowns ended up sending me a bill for over $2800, and threats of liens, for running their crappy dehumidifiers for six hours. Use Servpro of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties at your own peril!

When we were finally able to return to the apartment there was rotting food on the "sanitized" counter and the garbage was full. For $2000 worth of cleaning this was unacceptable. The company has made no effort to try and remedy the situation. I will never use them again.
