I cannot say enough good things about Mark and the entire Aqua-Spores team. What started as an…read moreincredibly overwhelming water and mold situation was made so much easier because of their kindness, professionalism and care. The crew worked incredibly hard during one of the hottest weeks of the year--in a hot basement, wearing full protective suits and respirators--and were always thorough, respectful and genuinely kind. An independent air quality inspector who came to test our home even pulled me aside after seeing their work and told me he had seen a lot of mold remediation over the years, that this team knew what they were doing, and that I should feel confident in the work being done. That meant a LOT. And they went far beyond the remediation itself--helping me secure a trailer for belongings I wasn't ready to deal with and repeatedly helping move things around the house as the work progressed. There were plenty of opportunities to say, "That's not our job." They never did. They just helped. I hope I never need mold remediation again, but if I do, I know exactly who I'm calling. Thank you, Mark and the whole Aqua-Spores team. You truly made a world of difference for us.

Our house looks great! After a season where other purchases needed to take priority, our entire…read morefamily is extremely pleased with the results from All Washed Up. After such a long time between washings, our house is an excellent example of what they can do! This was our first time using AWU. They soft-washed the entire house (three stories in the back and on the side), cleaned the dormers and windows, brightened the gutters, and pressure-washed a porch and steps that need painting. They also cleaned the screened-in porch and the patio. My husband and I appreciated the communication, kindness, and professionalism from each member of the team we encountered: via text, Dave was courteous and helpful; in the office, Randi worked very hard to reschedule us and fit us into the schedule when other factors came up. She was always cheerful and pleasant and returned calls when she said she would. Zach answered our many questions concerning the estimate and the different services we wanted, and we felt that he gave sound, reasonable advice. We received multiple texts and emails informing us when (and who) would be coming to work. Nate and Chad arrived on time and did an incredible job. I cannot say enough good things about the job that they did. They were professional and paid attention to detail, and I appreciate the time and care they put into the job. If you need your house to look ready to sell, I would call AWU! Today, I feel blessed that I get to live in this home.

Jesse who came to do the estimate was wonderful. He knows the business and was very pleasant to deal with. If you want a company that shows up when they say they will and be prompt then All Washed up is your choice hands down. A wonderful family owned company.

Unfortunately, I am not able to give a review because my house was never cleaned by this company…read more I scheduled what is called a move out cleaning over a week ago for our 1890 square foot home, which was completely empty, and according to my realtor, in excellent shape -it just needed a deep clean by professionals. The first day, the woman scheduled to clean named Mimi showed up late, apologized and stated she had an emergency clean until 2 a.m. the night before and was tired. I felt for her because she looked tired, but seemed ready to get to work at 8:30 a m. At 11:00 a.m. I was told by the company that she was about an hour from being done. I thought that seemed odd since I was told it would take anywhere from 5 to 8 hours to do a move out whole home clean when I booked. But, I am not a cleaner so I didn't think too much about it. I went and met Mimi right at the one hour mark at 1230 p.m. and she had flipped the script. She was rude, stated she was scheduled for a 3 to 4 hour clean and her time was up. She left without even giving me the opportunity to inspect. She did that because she had not cleaned ANYTHING. She even left sticky cleaning product in my oven and didn't wipe it out. There was not one surface in the entire home that had been cleaned. The realtor (who has been on and out of the home multiple times this week)even inspected and stated the home had not been cleaned. I sent the representative of the company multiple photos and videos showing what had not been done, and how the oven was left. I only asked that they clean what they stated they would clean, of which they had given me a three-page checklist of items that would be cleaned. The representative, Jamie, asked that I let them make it right by them sending another cleaner the next day. Since I had taken off part of the day, it was very hard for me to rearrange my work schedule the next day, but I was assured that a reliable cleaning person would be there at 8:00 a.m. sharp the next day. The next day came and at 8:30 I let Jamie know that the person, Tiffany, had not shown up. I was in a panic at this point because professional photos of my home were scheduled at 1 p.m., and couldn't be rescheduled for another week, which would delay my house going on the market. Jamie assured me that they would get somebody there and this third person would be there by 10:30 a.m. that day. My boss was gracious enough to let me off of work for a couple of more hours. Jamie even called me when the next cleaning lady was supposedly 17 minutes out. Seventeen minutes came and went then 30. , then 50. No cleaning lady. At this point it is 11:40 a.m. , and I have to report to work. So I called Jaiimie back and told her we were done. Three strikes and no one had shown up. I don't know what happened, but this company was not reliable. The worst part is that my credit card has a pending charge for $450, which I would not mind paying despite the 2-day inconvenience convenience if someone would have showed up to clean my house according to their checklist. My house is in worse shape than it originallywas because of the oven product that was sprayed in an oven that had no type of buildup in it, and left to dry without being wiped out. So one cleaning lady who didn't clean and was so so rude and two no shows. I cannot recommend this company due to the fact I didn't get the house cleaned at all the first time, and 2 days with 2 no shows later. And I am worried about whatever cleaning product is gunked up inside of my oven. To be fair and honest, I do have to say that the lady at the company that I spoke with to coordinate all this, Jamie, was very professional and courteous to me on the phone at all times. I don't blame her, but people have to actually show up and do the work stated they would do. However, after one hostile lady who cleaned worse than a 5-year old and was rude, and with 2 no shows, I cannot risk giving this company another chance. I am scrambling to find someone to do a move out cleaning in the next two days so my house can go on the market. Be very fearful of this company.
