Everything we said we didn't want recovered was first and we were charged for it, even after telling them we did not want them to clean it. The items and debris do not need removed, as at demo (which is less than their ridiculous charges) will take care of. They even charge for the initial call at $253!! They hired an outside group, which showed up without the company I hired on site and just threw our belongings in the trash. Their lead broke an heirloom we had taken down to grab after we were done working around the property and broke it. There is so much more I could go on and on about with this company. Like telling your client, "Now let me tell you how this works." That was the phrase that got them fired!! 5 days with less than 6 hours of GARBAGE work (where I did more in 4 hours by myself) cost me $20,000+!! Run as far away from them and do research!! When I couldn't provide it for him (because its illegal for banks to give out personal information), he became irritable and started swearing at me and throwing a tantrum, even though I (or the bank) had no knowledge or involvement in the transaction. All in all, it was a very unprofessional interaction and I would not recommend anyone hire them if that is how they conduct themselves in a business setting.
