It took three people to clean the house the same time it takes my cleaning lady to do it herself. The explanation was that they did a deep clean but I only asked for a quick basic clean. The manager even called to explain the bill to alert me of the price but refused to make any adjustments and actually yelled at me. Would not let me speak. They charged me 5 times the price I paid last time and they said that costs went up. It was egregious. I used them before as a backup when my cleaning lady calls out for our weekly clean, it should not have been this much and for a manager to yell at a customer is inexcusable.
