Over the phone on what I'm sure is a busy day for him, he talked me through the things I should look for. Essentially it came down to a float plug in my HVAC unit that had gotten some water in it causing it to stop the system. Turned out to be a simple fix but I would have had no clue if it wasn't for Chris. Really can't thank you enough Chris. I also sent them a picture of the actual unit inside. They said they will send a tech to view an outside unit so they'll be able to identify which unit the inside actually is. I texted them to re confirm the unit and they were confident with everything & sent an invoice. I then applied for a 0 % credit offer through Eternity's program to finance the unit. I got approved after a hard credit inquiry and on the day of install, they said they cannot replace the AC unit because they dont service that type of AC unit. Instead of admitting fault, they also made excuses that the original unit was modified, etc after the tech viewed it, I then asked him to send pictures. When the pictures were not sent they said building didnt allow them in. In essence, they lied about seeing the actual unit on install day. I then asked them to assist me with reversing the hard credit inquiry and they did not respond or do anything to assist. This hard inquiry dropped my score by around 10 points! This company is very unprofessional and dis honest.

I recently had them install a new HVAC system for me to replace my 19 year old system. They were very diligent at finding the correct system for my application. the installers were very professional and courteous. I just had the final inspection done and as the inspector came up to my house he informed me that he had just been to three other jobs done by their competitors and all three jobs had failed the inspection. As he walked around and looked at the installation he said it was very well done. Mine was the first he had passed that day. Thank you Tom and Joe for the great service. A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business.
