I had no reservations about paying ahead of time since he had done work for me three years prior to this. I ordered it one week ahead of the storm so my large plant collection would not be sunburned in case we lost the top of the cage. He never delivered it and claimed it was not in stock. I later discovered from another contractor that was a lie. As weeks and months ensued, I requested a refund for my money that he had apparently simply pocketed. He began to ignore all my requests and communication via phone, email and FB messaging. Now, I will have to file a small claims court complaint to hope to get any kind of restitution. Don't become a victim like I did, this guy is a deceptive THIEF!
