Because of 45-year old wood siding, I had numerous dry-rot repairs performed prior to the painting project. Sanding, priming and multiple coats of paint were required to get the rough wood smooth. Enrique was incredibly patient with my detailed requests. And went above and beyond until everything was perfect, even throwing in a few free extras like spray-painting the rooftop weathervane and installing new house numbers on the siding of the garage door. Needless to say, Enrique provided the lowest bid, but his excellent work on two other neighboring houses is what sealed the deal. The Tavern Taupe body and Accessible Beige trim blended seamlessly, the clean-up was neat and tidy, and his professionalism made this entire project a smooth and wonderful experience.
