The areas that were visible were ok but the areas hidden by the furniture were horrible. The pictures tell the story. These are just a few areas. I do not recommend this company, they do seem sincere in the beginning. I trusted them. Too bad .

Their quality workmanship and installation endured 12 years of family living and still looked great. I remember their staff considering my work schedule and conveniently scheduled installation to match our plumbers availability. When my son purchased his first home and wanted to renovate his kitchen countertop, it was a no brainer... we recommend he contact Stone Top. He shopped around and got several estimates but returned to Stone Top because of the customer service Nora provided. She explained the process, made positive suggestions, provided options and treated him with respect. Because of her professionalism, he expanded his scope of work to include his bathroom countertops as well. Once again, Stone Top came through in flying colors by coordinating slab selection/delivery, measuring the countertops and facet placement as well as installing on time. I'd recommend Stone Top to anyone needing any granite or tile work that comes with professional customer service.

I took what I could get and am working on the renovation now. As you can see from the photo of the turf in our front, I know a little about what I'm doing. Bottom line - I gave them an out, they chose to gaslight.

We worked with Big Jerry's of Creedmoor, which covered my area in Chapel Hill. The project manager…read morefor our new home had heard good reviews of Big Jerry's. We also got quotes from other companies who had done the fences of our neighbors and all of the quotes for very close in price. Big Jerry's had someone out quickly to do the measurements (we preferred this to the online measure) and they were very communicative. They were also very helpful with sketches and measurements for the HoA. In order to get on the schedule, one must pay a 60% deposit. The schedule was about two months out for us. Big Jerry's also takes care of calling 811 prior to the installation date. The 811 person came about three days before the fence install. In the end, we had about 510 feet of fencing . Nelson was the main crew leader and he was excellent and friendly. The install took three days to complete (with 2-3 people working each day); we also had some rocky terrain. I also appreciated that Nelson reviewed the property lines again before installation and we came across a two foot encroachment along ~100 feet that hadn't been picked up by anyone. Thankfully the house next door was still under construction and we were able to rectify the issue quickly. Our yard slopes and Nelson and his team did a great job with installing the fence with the grade. We had a handyman here doing other work who also commented on the solid install job. We went with the Bellhaven model (pictured). My only complaint is that after sending the balance the day the job was done, I got a past due email the very next day! I had expected to have a few days to confirm there were no issues with the job prior to paying the balance. Fortunately, there was no additional "late" charge. I highly recommend Nelson of the Big Jerry's crew to do your fence.
