Some of the items we agreed to and proofs we accepted were not delivered on and they took it upon themselves to make changes to elements we had approved without asking or showing ahead of time, kind of like a last minute, take it or leave it... I would not recommend working with them as they promise the world and deliver only on what is convenient for them. I think they were spread too thin and they were in over their heads.

I was called later that day after I raised a stink on the phone with the person that answers. The sales person that called me back did not seem knowledgeable and was pushing her ideas rather than listening to what I was looking for. Terrible customer service. I did not test out whether they actually did a decent job or not because based on the service level I was certain it would be a disaster and make me look bad in front of all our family and friends.

I tested the one unit at home before the event and it worked. I knew enough of how to connect cables from one unit to the other as directed with a sticker on the back of the speakers. At the party I could only get one of the two speakers to work - I could not get the second speaker to connect to the first one. I had a reunion party to get moving and could not spend all night hoping to get the second unit working or deal with hoping someone in the company would call me. Zoe Rentals should have provided directions and tested the units with me when I was at the store asking for help to ensure the units worked versus no help at all. When I did speak to someone, she had no clue what the problem was and said someone at the store could have helped - WRONG! No one was there to help. Very disappointed. Stick to chairs and tables.

Tammy and Justin were responsive and provided the needed details to make this a successful experience. The headsets come with games already preloaded. Tips- if you haven't done it before and have specific games in mind, you'll want to check whether they are free or require a payment. For example, the roller coaster game costs. Also, if having different avatars are important to you, ask to make sure the profiles are under different names for each headset.
