I got a small refund after fighting for it and was also told I would get a 10 by 10 canvas for a photo of our choosing. The company stopped replying about that. Pretty much you can go with ANY other Photo Booth company and get better service because there's absolutely no reason to go with this company. They can't deliver on anything they promise and for an event like a wedding, I would 200% go with a more trustworthy company. Just fyi the photobooth also broke down for a short time too during the wedding. I so regret choosing them! Danielle, Janine, Lindo, Anna at this company are jokes of employees. Their email also got hacked and I got phishing emails. They knew about it and didn't even bother contacting their clients about it to warn them. Scam of a company.

They arrived to our event before their scheduled start time and set up their booth. I love that the pictures print out within seconds of finishing the last pose! My husband and I went to the "booth" six times throughout the night! (It's not really a booth you get inside of, but all open space.) The actual pictures look great and really professional. The pictures were available on their website (which was printed on the bottom of the printed photos) a few days after the event. You can download them with their logo or purchase the picture if you don't want the logo on them. I would have loved to have something like this at our wedding, but these were not around (and if they were, then they were not as popular then!) at that time. My baby shower was cancelled due the CoronaVirus (as the entire US and world is being directed to cancel large gatherings) and when I told them my event was cancelled due to the government and CDC recommendations, they replied and said that since I did not cancel within 60 days, I owned them the balance in full immediately ($430). How dare they demand another cent from me?! Who would pay another dime for a service that will not be rendered due to cancellation beyond anyone's control! Many businesses are adjusting to this CoronaVirus pandemic, even the airlines, so this company should be no different. It doesn't matter what the contract says - the contract becomes null and void once the federal government issues directives and mandated cancellation of events. I understand this is small business (which is the excuse they tried to use) but the whole world is suffering now - not just them. In fact, it should be incumbent of them to refund my deposit in good faith due to this act of God that is out all our control -- given that a service has not and will not be provided. They refused to refund my $150 deposit as well. They caused me so much mental anguish, anxiety, and depression over how they responded. I'm willing to counter legally if need be. I'm so distraught and want to warn everyone of their foul business practices.
