Not only is it stunning (yes I still think so 10 years later) but I love that it was hand made and my husband picked out all the details. Along the years I have gained and lost weight due to pregnancy and babies and have brought my ring in multiple times for them to resize it for me. They always do it without hesitation and no charge. More recently I was having some smaller diamonds fall out here and there so they offered to re make the band Holding the prongs so this wouldn't happen. I'm thankful they've worked with us over the years and have stayed true to their jewelry being a lifetime warranty. You won't regret coming to Anderson!

Cannot recommend JR's enough. We came in wanting to design a custom engagement ring, and they made…read morethe whole process easy and we felt cared for the entire way. We had a specific vision: a unique piece with subtle pink stones set into a hidden halo. Getting the exact color right turned out to be tricky, but instead of just settling, they worked with us and swapped out the original stones for ones that matched exactly what we were going for. That kind of patience and commitment to getting it perfect is rare. They also let us use our own diamond, which a lot of places won't do, and they built the setting around it beautifully. The finished ring came out even better than we imagined. Their prices are extremely fair too, which is extremely refreshing compared to some other shops in the area. Finally everyone in the store is fantastic and so nice. You never feel rushed or pressured, just genuinely taken care of. If you're looking for a custom piece (or great jewelry from people who actually care), this is the place. Five stars, easy. Thanks everyone so much! We will be back to design our wedding rings!

So we just walked in and they said they'd be ready in an hour. Score! I also had a couple repairs; a narrow omega chain I crimped, a stone remount, and some rhodium plating. They did all that very quickly and I'm happy with the workmanship. It is very nice to have a local jeweler with a highly experienced bench jeweler on site.
