Austin is a great and honorable person in addition to being a great agent and realtor…read more In terms of real estate, he really represented me and went to bat for me as my advocate. Then, in terms of being a person and having and maintaining interpersonal relationships, he went out of his way and spent extra time to represent and help me. For example, when he stayed up past midnight and even more than my own waking and sleeping hours, to bid for a property. He also went out of his way to advise me on other means besides bidding and buying at a price that would seal the deal but more importantly be advantageous for me. E.g. He advised me to write a personal letter to the Seller to appeal to his emotional senses in addition to the bidding price to help the Seller accept my bid. Even after the official relationship between agent and client ended, he still continued the relationship. We are still in contact with each other to make sure that my purchase and continued transition are good and smooth after the purchase is completed. He continues to advise and really care about my family and me with sage wisdom. Having this type of attention and care is rare and extremely essential.

We had a very quick and fast moving timeline for a house that we saw early in a week that needed an offer later that same week. Harpreet's responsiveness and availability helped us tour as soon as possible, establish rapport with the buying agent, and learn all the details we needed to know about the property. She was incredibly thorough and patient in poring over and explaining all the property details to us, handling all of our questions, as well as keeping in contact with the buyer agent. We were inexperienced first time home buyers and her help throughout the bidding process really helped us win with a successful offer on our very first bid. Additionally, even beyond simply the bidding, Harpreet ensured we had a smooth process throughout (and after) the home purchase. She truly helped us through so much, such as looking into homeowners insurance, recommending and booking various home inspections on our behalf, speaking to buyer's agents and HOA with questions, and even accommodating appointments to measure blinds in the home. I cannot describe in words alone how grateful we are to Harpreet for her professionalism, availability, attentiveness, and so much more throughout the whole process.

Todd is literally a MORTGAGE MAGICIAN!! I was originally working with another mortgage broker but…read moreran into an issue where our loan amount was reduced at the eleventh hour during escrow. Feeling completely burnt out and disillusioned, my real estate agent recommended speaking to Todd. I thought it would be impossible to get approved for a loan in less than a week. After jumping on a conference call with Todd, my whole attitude changed. I felt immediately at ease and I could tell he was a creative thinker and problem solver! I knew he was our guy! We spoke about it being a tall order to get a loan approved so quickly but he also said he was confident he could get us done! He didn't let us down. After working with Todd, I realized that there are only three things that really matter when selecting a mortgage. -Pricing: The fact of the matter is that the interest rate Todd quoted me was consistent with the rates offered by the large banks, which are traditionally known as having the lowest. There were no points or any other charges which was great. -Execution: From pre-approval to closing, Todd and his assistants Karen and Carmen were amazing and on top of everything. My husband and I are both self employed and I would consider our financials to be "messy". Karen was the ultimate professional and very thorough. -Service: Todd and his team were very easy to work with. As a first time buyer for an income property, I felt as if I had a friend helping me through the whole process. There is no doubt that Todd is a very intelligent person, but the true distinguishing quality was his sense of empathy and level of patience that could rival a monk. He also understood what the lender needed and I found Todd to be exceptionally creative! He never saw a hiccup as an issue, he always looked for and found a solution. Todd took countless hours out of his schedule to explain all of the nuances associated with the process and the actual mortgage itself. He was very easy to reach and would give me all of the time I needed to go through my list of concerns and questions. My overall experience with Todd and his team was fantastic, and I will surely be recommending him to everyone I know. Todd, if you're somehow reading this, thanks so much!
