His work is flawless and so is his attitude, and he never exceeds to go above and beyond for his brides.. He is frequently head hunted by the Hollywood Film industry for hair and makeup but his dedication to his Las Vegas brides keeps him locked and loaded. Snatch him for your wedding day before he ends up in the movies. He isn't a one trick pony either. Incredibly personal and touching music for your wedding day ceremony, at a very reasonable price! Why have impersonal music over a speaker system when you can have beautiful live music? Sergio and Reuel transformed what would have been like any other traditional wedding day into a fairytale full of magic and love with their beautiful music! I was blown away by the incredible talent of both of these fine gentlemen and their performances. I had contacted Sergio several months prior to my wedding day asking that he play the violin and Reuel play the piano for me as my guests arrived to my ceremony, during the ceremony for the processional walk, recessional walk and afterwards as guests cleared. I selected music off the list he provided which was a very large selection of both traditional and current music. I asked for a special request during my husband and my recessional walk and Sergio happily agreed that it wouldn't be a problem. They arrived early to practice and make sure the sound was just right which I appreciated and made me feel at ease. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed listening to them prior to the ceremony and my husband and I were thrilled to hear The Cure's "Friday, I'm in Love" as we walked down the aisle for the first time as husband and wife. I could not have been happier with Sergio's professionalism beforehand, his willingness to cater to my special request and the wonderful performance at my wedding. I got married on October 17, 2016 and have been trying to find the right words to describe my experience with Sergio. I went on a one-night trip to Las Vegas with husband and friends and wanted to look good for the night. I contacted Sergio via e-mail for a hair and makeup appointment and he was very responsive. He also confirmed the appointment the day before, which was very re-assuring. I never put on makeup, so I didn't even know what type of look I wanted; I basically just closed my eyes and trusted Sergio's expertise. It turned out fantastic! I'm super disappointed with the work ethic of Sergio. I had booked him back in December for my May 2nd wedding. I was so looking forward to it because of his glowing reviews. Unfortunately with Covid-19 rolling in, the city of Las Vegas was shut down and non-essential businesses were closed. I was unable to legally travel and have my wedding. I reached out to Sergio multiple times asking if he had a game plan because nobody knew what was going on our how long things would stay locked down. Without any response to my concerns, I notified him on 3/21 that I had to cancel my scheduled event (I was legally required to) but wanted to reschedule with him for a future date. Again, this received no response. I messaged again over multiple social media platforms requesting a response - didn't get one. I finally got a response on 4/1 stating that Sergio had been in the hospital and that my case would be looked into and that he would get back to me that same day - never happened. I did not hear anything back until 5/5 which was AFTER my scheduled date, stating that no refund would be provided but that I could use the money towards another date. I emailed back stating that per my contract, he was required to refund my deposit if he was unable to provide the service - which he was not able to provide it due to the pandemic and city shutdown. He then sent me a lengthy document saying that I had harassed him and broken my contract and that no refund would be given nor would I get an opportunity to reschedule. I left a bad review on his business Facebook page and was attacked by he and his friends who shared screenshots and details of my contract and conversations. Very unprofessional on all of their parts. There are several brides who this has happened to and he has twisted their words into making it seem like they all willingly cancelled their events and are not entitled to refunds. I cannot speak to his work on makeup and hair, but I can speak on how unbelievably unprofessional he has been towards several of his clients. I expect that he will comment on this review and argue with my story. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! This is by far the worst experience I have ever received from a vendor. I booked my services with Sergio back in February for my April 13th wedding! With vegas shutting down I reached out in early March knowing it was not going to happen and unfortunately have to reschedule my date. After several attempts to contact Sergio and no response for a month I made a simple post on a wedding Facebook page where he came recommend asking if anyone had heard from him. It took me posting that question to get a response. At that point I was upset that he hadn't had the respect of contacting me to make new arrangements that I just wanted a refund since services were not rendered and I was not impressed with his way of handling this. Well this fine business man would not refund me my $175 dollar deposit, so I rescheduled with him for my postponed date in August. I had sent him 2 signed contracts for my new date last week. Well late last night I received a document called "notice of documentation & Decision Summary" basically saying he's keeping my $175 deposit and not going to provide services for our new contract date in Aug due to my post I made asking if anyone had heard from him. Also in this "document" he has made so many false accusations and claims that he must have me confused with someone else as they are 100% false and untrue and I can prove every bit of it-as to the dates he's referring to, the communications and as far as the social media posting - only 1 question I asked. Long story short I am just 1 of several brides who have been screwed over by Sergio. I hope that no other bride gets screwed over by this person. God has a place for people like this. It's not hard to do the right thing. Instead you are taking advantage of individuals who have no control over what is happening right now. Your a sad human. My experience with hair and makeup artist Sergio Daae (Vegas Bride's Best Man) was terrible and I felt like I was a victim of a scam. This is an honest review of how things played out based on facts. My wedding was supposed to be 5/1 - during the pandemic. Due to the nationwide shutdown, Sergio obviously could no longer provide the service. I reached out to him multiple times on multiple platforms in March asking about my options and whether I could move my date. Sergio ignored my attempts to reach out, and apparently many others who were going through the same situation. After one girl called him out in a large Facebook group, within minutes Sergio was there to defend himself, commenting that he was out of pocket for personal reasons and saying he'd get back to his clients ASAP. Weeks went by and I still heard nothing... Sent more messages... Nothing (and I could see he was active on social media again, so it's not like he was still out of the office). My wedding date passed and we still had an active contract that was not upheld by Sergio. He finally replied AFTER my wedding date passed, and when I asked for a refund of my deposit, he said I was not entitled to one because I had reached out in March to ask about potentially moving my date (even though he refused to acknowledge my attempts for months). He said I was the who canceled, not him, even though he literally was a no-call, no-show on my wedding day and never bothered to reach out beforehand. His contract clearly states that if unable to provide the service, a refund is owed to the client, and it also states that any changes to the contract must be done in writing within the contract itself. Both of those things didn't happen, and he still kept my money. He offered to rebook my date, but what he fails to understand is that 1) Not all brides have the option to simply rebook a wedding during a pandemic and 2) Offering a new date doesn't change the fact that he was under an active contract for 5/1 which he failed to uphold. On top of that, I saw through social media that many other girls experienced the same issue and when they posted their experiences Sergio was quick to defend himself as well as share screen shots of private conversations between him and his clients with his vendor friends. All around, this man is unprofessional and I would not recommend doing business with him. Your signed contract will be useless because he will twist the language to meet his narrative. All of my other vendors have been beyond professional and offered me refunds during the pandemic even if it was outside the language of the contract. But in the case with Sergio, my refund was owed and he kept it. read more

Arrived 1.5 hours late excuse was he had to sack his assistant for being drunk. Well I'm sorry I run my own business also and I always have back up for these types of things. Especially if it's someone's wedding!!! 3 of my 4 bridesmaids had to do their own make up 2 of my bridesmaids hair fell out after 1 hour!!! Added a lot of stress and made me late on my big day. I needed a stylist who could manage and lead hair, makeup and wardrobe styling on a photoshoot for a client who wanted to present themselves as an artistic author. Sergio created mood boards that aligned with the creative brief which built upon the minimal direction and little vision provided by the client. On set, Sergio was able to serve as the principle stylist and as his own production assistant. Sergio had to quickly restyle all aspects of the model between shots as the shoot was taking place in the late afternoon and we needed to wrap before sunset!
