I reached back a year later to fix a session. She didn't mention it again on the phone or explicit stated there is a high chance that she might have to cancel last minute to prepare me. She fixed a date then cancelled the day before and then I fixed another date a month later then she cancelled again the day before. This gave me feelings of being dismissed, not valued, not taken seriously, not considered important. All the things I am trying to get help with from a reiki practioner and life coach. I also had to have my husband take care of my child to do this with her. I also had to take time off work to be there during work hours. These things matter to me too. I didn't think this was a professional thing to do. And more importantly she never said I might have to cancel due to my husband's work hours or made that very clear. I don't recommend this service because of last minute cancellations.

What stood out most was how natural and comfortable it felt--like talking story with a long-time friend or family member. Britt holds space with such compassion and clarity, and she equips you with tools and "homework" to help you uncover your own answers. I left the session feeling seen, empowered, and aligned.

I almost fell asleep as she hovered over me. At times, I could feel sensations of warmth and movement in my energy. Mostly, I just felt relaxed. The profound gift unfolded in the days after my session. It's hard to describe in words, but the best approximation I can make is that my heart opened to a higher octave. This higher-vibrating heart was most apparent when I was faced with a conflict situation a few days later, and I was able to react with more peace. It was a subtle and profound shift. I will be back! I want to keep opening into my higher heart. I recognize that being a practitioner operating at this powerful and subtle level takes years of dedication, personal growth, and deep commitment to healing self and others. NOFU ? YES PLEASE !!!…read more WHO‍ KNEW ? I am SO grateful for the opportunity to attend the NoFu Skin Care Studio, 2-3 times a week for a few months now. I mainly go for the Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna treatments but have also experienced Reiki and several skin care products there as well. I am pleased above and beyond my expectations with the benefits I am experiencing from the two therapies and products, I have received from NoFu Skin Care Studio. I feel the benefits on many different levels of my health which is a welcomed surprise. With such a small commitment of routine time each week my complexion has cleared up, my skin is way more hydrated, supple, and glowing, the brown spots on the top of my hands have reduced immensely, my circulation is way better in all of my extremities, I feel great when I leave NoFu and notice that I have a little extra spring in my step that lasts throughout the week... yeah, I feel lighter, happier, and notice that I'm smiling more :) The services and products seem reasonably priced from what I've seen around, especially considering the results I've been experiencing. Sometimes it's been difficult to schedule but I feel empathy towards all people living in the world today and doing the very best they can given their very unique set of complex circumstances, within our shared reality. Sooo when I remain flexible, don't judge, and instead TRUST that it will all work out... it does And usually in an even better way for both of us!!! THANK YOU SUSAN, for all that you are authentically holding and healing in your own life and then show up still, with more to give back in service to your community :)

I HIGHLY recommend incorporating infrared sauna in your self-care routine. It's something I was unsure of doing because of the heat, but I've found the heat to be surprisingly enjoyable, like people who like hot yoga. Plus, I've started incorporating breath work during my sauna sessions and it's been a transformative experience.

She started with a thorough chat about what I was looking for from the massage, what I wanted worked on and if there was anywhere I didn't want to be touched which I really appreciated. It was honestly some of the best bodywork I've ever had. Maria has an absolutely wonderful touch and energy. Her massage work has a beautiful flowing quality that I found quite wonderfully hypnotic. I passed by a few times while she was working with other clients and looked through her booklet out of curiosity. I rarely get massages, and while I have heard of reiki/hilot, I wasn't the most familiar with what it entailed. I decided to opt for a shorter session that was offered at the night market to try for my first time. Clara was incredibly welcoming, calming, and communicative. I'm sure she could feel how nervous I was, but under her experienced hands and nurturing aura - it didn't take long to feel my nerves ebbing away. Honestly, the entire experience (as a novice) felt like magic. I can't quite put into words how I felt after, but it truly seemed to penetrate beyond the physical realm. Clara picked up immediately on areas of my body I felt soreness and worked on areas that needed to be tended to without any verbal requests on my end. After the massage, she shared intuitive messages that she picked up on during our short session and I was caught off guard at the accuracy of her words. While this first session was a short and sweet introduction - it definitely wont be the last. I will absolutely be checking out her local studio for another session. She went over her process and how the massage, in addition to being healing, also will help me alleviate and release stress and negative energies. And I can confidently say that is what enfolded - during the massage, she was so in-tune and really listened to my body, paying close attention to certain spots that needed more work, and which areas needed more release. In fact, she was so in-tuned that she helped alleviate and could sense how much tightness I kept within my chest from stress - something I've been struggling personally with for a long time. What drew me to her practice was what her brand stands for - empowering and supporting you in your healing journey, to release the negative energies from your body, and restoring to a better self. If you book a session with her, you'll be in such great care that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and restored - body, heart, and mind. The entire experience from end-to-end was so wonderful, I highly recommend Clara! I'm so excited for my next sessions with her, and to share with all my family/friends about her amazing work!
