There was no indication this was an emergency room and would be billed as such. The visit and treatment took ~5min. I received a bill for over $400 saying that this was an emergency room visit. I spoke with Edith B about disputing the bill, and she was no help. I would not recommend using this location for any medical treatment. The staff are not friendly, and will lie to you. Everyone working here should be ashamed to say they work in the medical field.

It took almost 4 months, a bunch of phone calls , E-mails, finally after the local blue cross insurance company call duly and informed them they need to re submit insurance claims. Finally , they submit correct insurance claim...And the insurance claim went through. I start to wonder.. Will this issue happen again next time I have my annual eye check up?

We have a great connection and she has good bedside manners and doesn't rush you through your visit. If she feels like you need to see a specialist then she will refer you to one's here that are good to see. She's one of the good doctors who care for her patients asking good questions etc. There's also a phlebotomist here that is wonderful Denise who I met today! Wow she can draw blood of small veins people like myself who is also scared of needles! One try and she got it wow! Believe me if she's working when I need bloodwork done I will request her for sure!! The place is clean and modern. They are off the main road of Lake st in addison. The hospital name changes since I've been coming here but the staff is still around They take most insurance including Medicare and Medicaid too! You can also come here for urgent care as well. I also like that they have a phone app to see your results and appointments and email within the app with your doctors if they are in their network. Overall I don't have issues working with them. So I'm staying put cause they are so close to home from me!

I don't know how you are open and operating without a Doctor and the purpose of the facility is to be seen by a doctor. Listening to a co-worker talk to the Doctor, She seems to be the only person that has an ounce of compassion and respectable attitude toward the customers. If I had a choice to use this facility in the future, I definitely would not and discourage anyone else to come here also.

Was sent there on a follow up from an ER visit as I did not have a primary care Dr. What a mistake…read more They charged me a ridiculous sum for initial visit and "extended visit" even though THEY were late. A random fee for a depression test even though I took no such test and was there on a cardiac followup. When I tried to call the billing, I was met with unintelligible customer service rep with a lot of background noise then they hung up on me. Figuring that the email contact on the bill would be a better chance, I sent them a message. I have heard nothing back in a week. If they want my money they need to explain why they charged what they did. There is no way to pay online and i would need to mail them a check. Given the way they handle the office, I'm not confident they will properly receive my check without a receipt. Avoid this place!

The worst part was that I had two coworkers also get physical's here for the first time and they were not charged a "new patient fee". Terrible, awful experience. My daughter, who has a disability and I am her legal guardian was in…read morethe psych unit. All they did was inject her with sedatives. They never changed her medication. The social worker and nursing staff approved my visit outside of regular visiting hours because I was leaving town and wanted to see my daughter before I left. After I traveled the hour to see her, they then refused my visit. The psych nursing staff is unconcerned about true care for patients. So many issues to state here. (Think coo coo's nest). Never ever will she go there again.
