Meet the Business Owner: Matt U.
Hello, I’m Matt Uram, Executive Director of Serenity Farms, Inc. As lifelong Washington County residents, my family and I have deep roots here. Many remember my parents, Andrew G. and Juliana J. Uram, whose commitment to service shaped much of our community. Founded in 2010 by my father and me, Serenity Farms has grown into a lifeline for individuals and families—bridging gaps in housing, education, recovery support, technology access, and workforce development. We’re transforming the Landmark Building into a welcoming hub where hope begins again. Guided by “Service Above Self,” we work to restore dignity, close gaps, and help seniors, veterans, the unhoused, and individuals in recovery build their best life. My father’s legacy lives on in every life we touch. If you’re in town, stop by—I’ll show you around.
