Families expressed their utmost gratitude for my hard work ethic. Quickly I became a target for management to be "picked on "! When asking the business coordinator the proper steps on filing a grievance I was told I would have to report to management even if the grievance being filed was for management! Completely Unacceptable! Unfortunately, my will to provide a quality of life was quickly overshadowed! From the unwelcoming staff in the wellness department to the nasty attitude of the wellness director. The way management speaks about staff is utterly disgusting. This establishment has a very absent ED she gives out demands but has no connection with the residents or families who live here. I genuinely thought this place was different and it has the potential to be! Anthology please consider revising the management at the FH location. Management is the reasoning behind high turnover! I will miss the residents so much! Especially every kind face and kind-hearted person! S/o to the maintenance manager who is always kind! The entire activities department! Also, The nurses leave reviews when they are a part of the problem as well! They first hand neglect the residents! Bed sores not being treated, Bandages not being changed in sufficient timely fashion! Also, there is a Caregiver who is being pulled from the floor for hours to do makeup for the nurse and or supervisor! ( conflict of interest ) while on Anthology Dime! Also, it has come to my attention that the Wellness director Lakeisha Hutchinson and Dolanda Scott have been offering bonuses for Reviews on Google since my initial review! , ITS completely unfortunate that this is how they choose to spend Anthology funds. Please DO NOT BELIEVE the 5-star reviews! Attached will be proof of the corruption! The goal of this review was to educate! Also, Ms Hutchison, since I know you all are watching I've filed a formal complaint on your nursing license with the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs & Bureau of Professional Licensing. Does this look like somewhere you would place a loved one ?!

However, if you or your loved one need any type of assistance (medication administered, assistance getting to meals on time, or showering) then please stay away. Our experience was that medications were passed anywhere in the a.m. between 5:30 and 10:00 am, which made meal times sporadic. Our mom was never bathed (except by us) in the almost 5 weeks she and my dad were there. The apartment went almost 5 weeks without being cleaned. It was cleaned a couple of days after our mom passed away. Ongoing conversations regarding safety issues were not addressed by the executive management team. If sales tell you that they are overstaffed be sure to inquire what that actually means (it may mean according to state law they are overstaffed but far from being adequately staffed). If your loved one has physical needs this is not where they will 'age in place' as the staff is inexperienced and under-trained. Nice caregivers for the most part, there were many including the concierge(s) that were truly interested in getting to know our parents. Sadly not enough to overshadow the issues we experienced.

I'm a big on Customer service and you know the coffee will bring me there whether the service is good or bad but the service is so good. It makes me want to make an extra long trip over there Cause I usually come after work, but if I'm at home, I'd like to go to the eastern market too, so I don't mind spending the gas to go that extra mile just to be and there are a lot of cool shops around. There's a running store that sells running shoes. There's a little jewelry store. Rebel now my daughter used to work there but now she doesn't, but it's still a cool place And I have yet to discover other places so look forward to continuing to support anthology and yeah, it's a cool place to have your drinks and work. It's usually quiet. It's not very noisy even if it isn't there is a little buzz about the place and the big windows are opened in the summer so you really get that feel of being outside, but you're inside I love it. Keep up the good work, everybody!

There have been several recurring issues, major and minor. Poor communication of issues/priorities is a problem between managers and care staff, this very frustrating for residents and families. There are some benefits to be fair and report both sides: staff are kind to residents, food is excellent, activities are frequent. Still advice to families is to make a decision with eyes open, this is a new facility (1year old) with much to work out still.

We chose Anthology for the location, cleanliness & freedom to visit according to State Covid Protocol. They did a through job keeping track of guesst, visitor Covid tests & quarantine when necessary. The staff (Management, Health Assessors, Main Desk, Nurses, Janitorial, Maintenance , Dinning, Therapy, Activities...) are all as sweet as can be, which is very important, but they also follow all of the rules. Kaitlyn, the pleasant & very organized, manager, gave me her contact info & assured me I could call her anytime, She would immediately reply, which was such a difference from the last place mom stayed. It took a few days for mom to make her way out of her room, but once she did, she made many friends & loved the activities. Legacy in house PT OT & exercise class was an absolute blessing. Unlike other therapy places, they didn't give up on my mom.

In addition, our family lost total of $7,500.00! $5,000.00 because they did not keep track of most basic needs/essentials of older people (dimentia). My parents "lost" dentures and hearing aids with their lack of "care". There was a lot of neglect and caregivers stealing personal items and you PAY TOP DOLLAR for this?! In addition, on move out there was normal wear on the room and they charged to have the ENTIRE ROOM redone at a cost of $2,500.00. The building may be nice, but don't let this deception fool you! I can speak specifically about Memory Care - and the bottom line is - RUN! You DO NOT want your loved one in this Memory Care facility. They charge a boatload and do not compensate their help. As a result, they have lost great staff and have a temp company working for them. There is a lot of yelling at and amongst residents which has created a toxic environment for the seniors. I witnessed residents being ignored when they asked for help. Food is inappropriate for Memory Care residents - fries, chips, salty, and often uncut. More than once I had complained to management about the food. I even spoke directly to Ted Turner, one of the corporate leaders, when Anthology took ownership. I gave him pages of recommended daily allowances for seniors and he said he would get back with me - and never did. The room reeked of urine - and our loved one was often found sitting in soaked briefs. Laundry in Memory Care was scheduled once per week. Pre-Covid, I spent many of my visits doing the mounds of wet laundry due to my loved one's incontinence while caregivers did a lot of sitting. Staff actually stated to me, "if the families could see what is going on back here (in Memory Care) they would be very upset." More than one person stated that they were thankful we were moving our loved one (for her sake.) Leaving Anthology was the best thing we could do as she is thriving in her new facility. Thank God! ADDENDUM AFTER CORPORATE RESPONSE-I spoke to Eric in person at least one time last year. No change. A lot of listening and no action. Best wishes to all of you!

The eggs were expertly fluffed how I like them. My friend had the lentil soup along with a tofu scramble on focaccia. We ate it all! The espresso was strong, you get real silverware and clayware/bowls. Wow! I was taken aback. And for what you're getting, the prices aren't all too bad. You never really…read moreknow if a place is good, even if it is posted here with a lot of great reviews or bragged about on social media but I knew this place would be worth the hype when I arrived and saw the line out the door. We came here on a Saturday on Mother's Day weekend and it was packed. They told me about 20 minutes, but it was more like 10. They seem very efficient here all the while not rushing people out to get in the next set of customers. The food and drinks also came out in a good time, so being busy did not keep them from running well. It is also a bit pricy here, but the food and portions are delicious and well sized. I love the ambience. It is modern and bright in here. The people working here all seemed very nice, professional, helpful, they provided great service. I did start off with the espresso martini. This was the low point of the meal. While it looked nice and had a great strong coffee flavor, it had zero sweetness whatsoever and did not improve with cream and sugar added. I would put it at the bottom half of my drink around the world espresso martini quest. But, the other drinks quite made up for it. The pomegranate mimosa and plain mimosas were wonderful. I would order both of those again. Just the regular mimosa alone was nice and seemed like a must order item. I would recommend those. One child got a smoothie which was nice and the other a beautiful tiramisu latte that was beautiful and came with a lady finger and mascarpone cream on top. My husband just got the coffee which was standard and nothing special. I love a sweet and a savory for brunch, so I ordered the fruity pebble pancakes. The batter was so lovely and sweet. I loved the bits of fruity pebbles in the batter and the sweet cream on top. I also got a chicken tender biscuit with the siracha maple on the side. It came with a nice salad, which a good dressing, but I also used the siracha maple sauce to dress it up a bit more, and it was very tasty. The biscuit also had gravy and cheese. Both of those items had nice portions and it took two people and three meals to finish it all, which is a good deal, I like nice portions. Two people got the tiramisu pancakes and one got the Monte Cristo. Everything was fabulous. I would love to come back. I think I would get the pancakes again, so well made and delicious. I would also like to try their wrap sandwiches. They looked amazing.
