Ah. Here we go with one of the first milk tea places to make an entrance into the scene in Manila. Serenitea isn't a place that I would label as "fancy", but it's a good place to chill and hang out with friends in. This applies to both the Wilson branch and the one located in Robinsons Galleria as well.
Unlike most people, I'm not a huge fan of Serenitea bestsellers such as Royal Milk Tea, Okinawa, or Hokkaido. I find those flavors too strong for my taste. What I do order each time I'm there is the Taro Lover flavor. For sinkers, it may come down to personal preference, but I think you can't go wrong with either the panna cotta or the nat de coco. My choice also has to do with the fact that I don't consume caffeinated products in the evening, and it's usually at night that I come to hang here with my girlfriends.
If you're wondering about the grub, the pepper corn and chicken chops are VERY tasty. read more
