Once I step inside, I am instantly immersed in its spell, with its walls in different pastel shades, paper cutout-like towering trees, colorful chalk art (The art in the long chalk board on the wall changes. On one Christmas we went the art had a Christmas theme), decoupaged tables, and charming collectibles like masks and bright birdcages. And, there's the gift shop with, yes, magic wands ala Harry Potter, tarot cards and other magical items. And, just look at the menu - there's a shake called Love Potion #29, and an onion soup called Gayuma, among other things! My favorites are Wands In A Cauldron (fresh and crunchy fries in a mini-cauldron) and the Harry Potter-inspired Butter Brew, which is sweet with just the right kick. Loved the interiors of the place and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Happy to know that they offer soy milk too! I got a soy milk latte that was prepared well and they didn't rush preparing the coffee. Coffee itself was roasted well and not too acidic. Will go back again when I'm in town.

If they served this coffee at home, I'd go back to drinking coffee at Starbucks.

The baristas are nice and friendly while some of them know hubby's go-to drink already -- Reserve Nitro Cold Brew. Unfortunately WiFi is not free. You can join their Rewards program for a nominal fee to get 30 minutes of WiFi and discounts on their drinks. At the CB&TL across the street inside Asian Hospital, they have free Google WiFi so go there if you need it. Next time I'm in Festival Mall, I'll have to stop here again for coffee.
