Heather is an easy person to talk to, so there wasn't any awkward silence, as some appointments with hairstylists can go. At the end of my appointment the total was far lower than I've ever had to pay for a shampoo, cut and style before! I was extremely satisfied with the results, especially for the low price I had to pay. I will be back soon for another appointment!

After my third session, the business relocated and remained closed for about 5 weeks, disrupting the treatment schedule, yet I continued receiving appointment confirmations during that time. When I later tried to use my remaining prepaid services (Neveskin and Restylane filler), I was told I would need to pay an additional $400 due to "inflation" despite already paying in full. When I asked for clarification on this policy, I received inconsistent answers and was told I was "attacking" the owner for asking questions. Overall, my experience raised concerns about consistency, communication, and honoring prepaid services.
