I filled out all the paperwork and medication instructions several days before the start of my pet's boarding date, only for them to say that they can't give the supplement when I was already at their door. It needed an official label. My pet needs this supplement so I asked for a written approval of this supplement from my vet specialist from a DIFFERENT state, but this place didn't want to accept a digital copy... I didn't want to risk further disease development so I told them that I can't board my dog here then and would just have to find someone else last minute. Only then did they say they would give her the supplements and take her to board. The next day, I get a call from them saying that they can't give the supplement. I was already out of town so I wasn't able to go back to get my dog. I wouldn't have left her there if she wasn't getting the proper care she needs. AVOID THIS PLACE. My friend even found one of their boarded dogs in the middle of the street of College Ave after escaping from the facility. Don't let these people be responsible for your pets.

When we pull into the parking lot in the mornings she perks up because she is so excited to go play with her friends. When Olive was out sick for 2 weeks and ran out her promotion days she so gratuitously extended us for the days we were unable to attend. He is not the easiest dog but they are so patient with him and love him so much. He's so happy to go in every time, which is especially impressive because he usually has separation anxiety when he's away from me. I know some of the other reviews are mixed, but I want to say every dog daycare has its issues, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. It's not the "nicest" looking place, but I've taken Moose to fancier daycares where he was just stressed out, and I did not like how the staff treated him. I love City Bark's staff because they go out of their way to get to know each and every dog, and I just couldn't be more impressed with how they've taken care of Moose and how much they love him. He's collectively spent months of his life there since I travel so much, and I always love to look on the webcam and see him getting love. I also love how communicative they are - they have a text line and are so responsive which I appreciate. I can't imagine taking Moose anyplace else!
