It's a huge bonus that they have urgent care- so many kid issues require last minute appointments and we've never had trouble getting in. Appointments do not feel super rushed. It's cleaner than most doctors offices I've been too. The only down side is during busy times (like after school) the waiting room is packed with sick kids sitting really close to you. All in all though, good quality healthcare is really hard to find these days, and they are doing it pretty well here.

She didn't ask questions, she just wanted to lecture me. In the first session she gave me some advice for my disordered eating, and then in the second session she gave me the same advice, without ever asking if I had already taken her advice. I brought up that I wanted medication for one of my disorders, and she was like "Woah there, slow down" and basically used her power as my therapist to deny me treatment until she was satisfied I'd been cured of the depression, anxiety, and eating disorder. I wish I could express the absolute helplessness she made me feel.
