She needs a walker and help changing. We were loaded with clothes to try on and was prepared to spend a bucketload of $$$. Got to the change rooms and the doors were not even wide enough to let a walker through, the rooms themselves were so small we could not even shut the door for me to help her - no room for me. The stool they had for sitting on was too low, she could not get up on her own when normally she could. For store that caters to a more mature clientele, this is EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING- you LOST a huge sale AULD PHILLIPS

Out of curiosity I explored it one day and found it has a dual personality. There is no doubt that the senior citizen can find their stand by faves in here. There is also a decent selection of French Dressing jeans, and other name brands that suit those of us who worry a bit about wearing sleeveless, but aren't ready for polyester elastic waistbands. There are some really nice dress blouses, pants and up scale jackets for business to cocktail purposes. The service from the ladies who work there is exceptional and they know fit, and make actual recommendations and help you get a nice look... how rare is that?!?!

Took it for service to "Discount Phone Repair" (Lucky Mobile) at 20285 56th Avenue, Langley on September 18 2020, spoke with a service tech. He said button could not be repaired Or replaced, instead needed a entire new glass window. After he installed the new glass, My IPad became useless, racing and typing on its own! Utter Malfunctioning to say the least. I took it back to the store, showing them a video I took on my phone of it typing on its own at fast speed. Although they acknowledged their repair, they would not fix it without the receipt. I said " you must have on on file here" insisted I bring my receipt. Went home and searched....contacted my Credit Card Company for highlighted charge on my statement, blocking out e- relevant other statement information. Took the printed statement to the store " 18SEP/19SEP DISCOUNT PHONE REPAIR LANGLEY BC $100.80" The Store refused it, saying they need to see my entire credit card statement that is "privacy infringement" to hand over my entire statement to them. I said you have a copy on file, why don't you look it up? Said they don't have time for that. I said you should fix it, how do I get you to fix it? You can't just leave it like this. Told me to leave the store or they will call Police. Wow, I was blindsided by the arrogance and utter rudeness. I went outside and phoned police myself. *Grateful Police attended, I explained to officer what I have been going through, and showed my CC Receipt. Officer went inside store and talked to them, came out and asked me to go inside. * Strange, miraculously that they found their copy of my receipt order, but it took Police attendance. Store offered me $50 refund, saying that's if you don't put a review about us. I said "full refund as IPad is not working now," I said I will not write a review if you refund in full as I now have to have it repaired somewhere else. Store refunded only $50, it's my right to review a Business to warn others. I am currently going to have my Apple IPad examined thoroughly for Liability report by examining what Discount Phone Repair did to achieve ruining my IPad. They chose this path, not me.

I would have to warm up the phone and even then it was unreliable. This had never been a problem with my original screen. I brought my phone back to the shop and they put my old screen back on, which was much appreciated, however they would not return all of my money. They kept all of the tax I had paid (about $12) and told me to calm down when I asked them for all of my money back. I was not raising my voice at all but it was pretty clear I was not impressed. Then they told me it was only fair they could keep the taxes I had paid for their labour, despite the fact that the screen they had put on was not working properly. I took the phone elsewhere and had the screen replaced with a better quality screen and now it works just fine. I would not recommend this store. It is a bit cheaper for a reason.

My wife brought it back in there today asking for a refund or replacement. She got a frustrating response: "What are we supposed to do with it? We can't resell a defective product. It's used! Jeeepers Creepers! My wife took it home and weighed the product and it was still 95% of weight on the tube. I have updated the review from a 1 star to a 3. We sent an email in via their web site to explain our experience. Within a day we got an email response and another came a couple of days later to appologize for the frustation. The email response was fantastic and they seem quite sincere about being appologetic for our experience. We would give the head office's response a 5 star. As an organization, Opus is great. They are sending us a replacement tube in the mail. Doesn't cover the time and fuel for the round trip (10+ km) but this isn't going to break the bank for us. The 3 star is for the original experience. Not fun having to spend all this time to get a new tube of paint replaced. We will likely try to frequent a different Opus location whenever possible.

But the moment you walk through the doors, that impression completely disappears. This place is *absolutely massive* and honestly feels more like a toy museum than a retail store. Everywhere you look, there are themed displays, huge figures, and shelves packed with collectibles. It's almost overwhelming in the best way possible. One of the standout highlights is their Funko Pop selection. I've never seen anything like it--entire walls filled top to bottom with Funkos from *Star Wars*, *Marvel*, *DC*, anime, movies, and so many niche categories. If you're a collector, you could easily spend hours just browsing that section alone. Beyond Funkos, the variety of figures is insane. They have everything from small collectible figurines to larger, highly detailed statues and even life-sized pieces. Whether you're into classic toys or high-end collectibles, there's something here for everyone. The second level is where the nostalgia really kicks in. It's packed with retro toys and older collectibles that bring you right back to childhood. It's a really cool contrast to the newer items downstairs and makes the whole store feel even more special. At the back, there's also a huge LEGO section with tons of sets, plus a great selection of trading card games like Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering. It's clear they've put a lot of thought into covering every kind of hobby and interest. Overall, this isn't just a toy store--it's an experience. What starts off feeling like a normal visit quickly turns into something unforgettable. Whether you're a serious collector or just browsing, this place is 100% worth checking out.
