This practice is a mess! Neither my husband nor I would ever recommend this so-called medical…read morepractice to anyone. You can't get in to see a doctor when you need to & frequently there is no one answering the phone so your left to leaving your number for a callback....not good! The whole physical setup of the office itself is bizarre to say the least. They have lost so many staff members who quit, it's hard to keep a count. The owner/doctor seems to be more interested in tech toys than hiring qualified staff to fill the positions needed. It's a very strange to run this practice. Every time we go there, staff has left, no replacements..........a very strange practice! And there is no blood draw service there as is stated in this listing. Stay away from this place!!!!!!! Thank you.

After taking months to get established with a local doctor, my wife and I concluded that he was not…read morea good fit. I have had plenty of experience with doctors over the years, and tend to be quite proactive when dealing with them. I am 73 and fairly knowledgeable about nutrition and take my health seriously. Dr. Hult disagreed with many nutritional things I had learned over the years. Still I could deal with that, but I also felt that he was neglectful in other areas. In 6 months he did no testing, except for blood pressure. Also I found he had limited hours and was not available frequently. My wife and I began making a move towards a new primary care provider in nearby Port Townsend. But we cannot get an appointment until mid November. That is ok since we are both fairly healthy, so we decided to remain with Dr. Hult until established with our new doctor. In early July I sustained a minor arm injury which, at the time, was quite painful. After several weeks I decided it was not healing on it's own so I attempted to get an appointment with Dr. Hult. Not only could I not get an appointment, but had no luck finding out when he would see me in any kind of a timely manner. I managed to get an appointment in Port Townsend in the practice I was moving to, but with a doctor I had not seen before, who referred me to a physical therapist. Today I had a regularly scheduled routine appointment with Dr. Hult. His office called me to cancel the appointment and said I have a new primary care provider. I will in mid November, but intended to stay with Dr. Hult until I was established with my new doctor. I told the person that called me that and said I wanted to stay with Doctor Hult, at least for prescription refills, until I was set up with my new doctor. They said no and I had to go to my new primary care provider for prescriptions. So basically Dr. Hult terminated me because I saw a different doctor, when he could not see me, for an injury and the fact that I was changing doctors, even though I had not changed yet. Frankly this sounds irresponsible to me for a doctor to dismiss a patient simply because that patient was looking for another doctor.

During the follow up appointment EVERYONE was professional and empathetic. A radiologist was on hand to provide me with immediate results no worrisome waiting. While the prognosis involved scheduling a biopsy. They took care of everything including dem scheduling to answering any and all questions. I could not have asked for more. Over and above care. I am grateful for the imaging department. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thankfully

I have had such mixed experiences with OMC. Emergency room and Urgent Care are absolutely terrible,…read morebut ultrasound and Midwife/Birth teams are quite amazing. The doctor I saw at the emergency room when I was having a miscarriage actually laughed at me and said "Are you sad/worried?" Like, dude, read the room. I am the most-worried and saddest I have ever been. Then he gave my info to a different patient in the waiting area. When I tried to file a complaint, I was basically brushed off entirely. Another doctor at urgent care brushed me off yet again when I said I thought I might have a sinus infection or bacterial infection, and sent me home with nothing but eye drops. Two weeks later I was in Centralia for training and still had a sinus infection which a Centralia doctor properly diagnosed and cleared up in a few short days. On the other hand, ultrasound and the birthing teams are wonderful and I have ever had a single issue with them. Their free classes are so great too! It's such a mixed bag here. I would suggest that you register with NOH and use their care as often as you can, because my medical experience has significantly increased in quality since I've done so.

What a well ran, finely tuned experience. It was my introductory visit. i did not have a doctors…read morereferral, but with family history, i was able to get in. Meaning, when i called to make the appointment: i was "screened" to make sure i wasn't wasting my money. Day of appointment, empty waiting room, minimal wait time. I traversed through a 3 rooms (stations), 2 for assessments. First room : medical history, glaucoma test, eye dial action, and eye chart reading. Second room: my retina was images on 2 different machines. Third room - Dr O'Malley provided assessment. He has a thorough and sequential (apparent) first visit routine. Stepping through some basic eye physiology as a basis for explains the images and results. i'm normally a guy who likes to skip through the introduction and jump right to the end, but this tune i but my tongue and listened and went along for the ride. I'm glad i did. It's obvious Dr O'Malley read my induct form, and in a honest, direct and plain spoken manner, addressed things he saw - effects of genetics and efficacy of vitamins. In parting, he said i didn't need to see a specialist (like him) for a follow up in a couple of years. Meaning. he focused on the level of care i needed, not generating more patients (and money) for his practice. I went to a gucci (say Ferrari for car buffs like me) Doctor, so i could create a baseline to track any changes, so my next appointment is in 2 years.
