Yeah, I know it was a weekend of all days, hence why…read moreI only contacted companies that took call, open 24 etc. I started with companies that had 5 star rating, let me be clear I was willing to pay a fair price. I happened to call Rollie's as they fit the criteria. From the minute the owner answered the call, he sounded annoyed. The longer the conversation went on I was feeling like i was a bother. He genuinely made the call uncomfortable, that I even asked if he wanted to do it (wants the business) and that I could get someone else. He made me feel like I was interrupting his Sunday, which I get I was, but it did say this business was 24/7 on call. He made sure to say it was going to cost me and that it was a 40 min drive; his tone was condescending. I had him on speaker and even my husband was appalled by his behavior. I decided to end the conversation with that I would get someone else, that he didn't seem like he really wanted my business. I ended up getting my problem fixed with a different company that had superior customer service from the first phone call all the way through to him walking out of my home with my problem fixed and at a way cheaper price than your quote. Customers don't want to feel like we are putting YOU out or that we are a bother. Customers don't need to put up with rude businesses. We can bring our money elsewhere. There was a legit reason why I needed it fixed on a Sunday. If you'd rather spend family time with no interruptions, might I suggest you close your business to weekdays only. Even if I were to have believed you that it was no problem, your tone suggested otherwise. I don't even think I could have trusted your work or the end price for that matter.
