I needed help with some recommendations and the team was so helpful with getting me exactly what I needed!

Coming here is always super easy. They got a handful of people here readily available to support you. It's a decently sized store and they have a ton of shelves with products. Brands are generally grouped together and by the body section you're trying to focus on so when you find it, you'll be alright. This trip today I grabbed some body oil and some lip liner for my sister. I usually use someone else's number but today I put in my own and got some free gifts which is always fun. I guess my number wasn't in the system and so I got first time buyers gifts. Parking is always available minus Sundays. That's when most of the lot near the store is used for church. I was helped by someone named Bee and she was awesome. Highest praise for her read more

Selina for Sephora Full face makeup services. Very professional and listens to your makeup request. I was very happy with the makeup results! I would definitely book her again and highly recommend! read more

Sephora is a great addition to liberty station. The store is easy to navigate and the employees are friendly and kind.

Hands down the best Sephora. It's a little out of my way but it has a big parking lot and other places to stop by to make it worth the visit. It's always stocked, and it's big so you have space but not too big that you feel overwhelmed. It's also never overly crowded which is helpful if you need help from an employee. read more

Nice layout. Went there to smell the famous Moroccan oil perfume and I will stick to the Moroccan oil for hair. It does not smell the same...so I didn't end up buying anything but I liked how easy was not navigate this store and how light it is. read more

Great olace for cologne and perfume... anything in regards to skin care, they have it to... the workers here are always actively trying to help which makes the experience comfortable and soothing for an above average shopper like myself... I would recommend anyone to go to this place if you are trying to impress a lover... read more

By far the most friendly Sephora I've been to, they greeted me as soon as I walked in, which is definitely a nice change for once for the locations that I am used to... The other locations usually ignore people if they are not done up. I was helped right away. This Sephora is a good size, their selection is good, and the cleanliness of the store is unmatched. I'd rather drive here than go to any of the locations close to my house in Chula Vista/otay. Also, thank you lely for the shade match on the skin tint ! read more

This is my new favorite Sephora. The store was a fair size for its location, it had a lot more in it than I expected. I had a few different women help me, one with powder match and one with a lipliner and lipstick shade match to my natural lips. I wish I could remember their names but I wasn't paying attention and I'm awful with names. It was a super relaxed experience and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything at all. It was really nice to not feel like they were trying to upsell me on anything. I get over that and dread asking for help at places. It makes me want to go to this location. Everyone was lovely and very helpful. Thanks yall read more

Was immediately greeted at the door and asked if I was looking for anything specifically which I super appreciated because I was wanting to find a better color match for a foundation I recently bought. The person by the front door called over someone to help me find a foundation color match. This person was Audrey, she was super friendly, patient and helpful. She better identified my undertone and shade. I wanted to apply the foundation to more of my face since it's hard to really see if it's a good match from a small patch. Audrey was so nice and handed me the brush and pumped out more product for me to use. She also helped me find a great match for a concealer I was interested in and graciously let me apply it myself too. And then helped me find a primer I was looking for. This was honestly the best experience I've ever had with makeup at a Sephora. I definitely recommend this location and especially Audrey if you need help finding something or identifying your undertone or shade. read more

I always have such a good experience shopping here. The associates are so friendly, and I had had the best shade matches of any Sephora which is rare for me because I have a difficult skin tone to color match! Krystal helped me this time, and I am so happy with my new concealer. read more

I asked for the Tower28 free birthday gift, the employee accidentally gave me the wrong one. It was in the bag so I didn't realize til I got home. I went there the next day and they wouldn't exchange it because of some policy. They were nice about it but I feel like there should've been flexibility given that it was their mistake in the first place. Not cool :( read more

Do I miss the Panera? Yes. Is Sephora a random replacement? Absolutely But am I here for it? Sure. I had some time to kill before meeting a friend so I decided to browse the Sephora. It is honestly the most random location to have one in but it somehow kind of works. I loved that unlike the mall location, it wasn't overwhelmingly packed. I was able to consult with an employee and got great advice on some new products and a color consult. Cherry on top: got a lot of great samples with my purchase. What a treat! read more

went to return a store purchase today at this location and was told my receipt was 33 days old and the cashier told me they don't do returns after 30 days. I said I just want a store credit because I am purchasing more items which were more than the cost of the item I was returning. she called a manager and manager told her she cant do an exchange either since the receipt was 33 days old and the limit is 30 days. I handed her all the items I was going to buy and told her its poor business practice to nit accept this unopened return especially since I was buying more items valued at much more than the return. Hard for me to believe they turned away a good sale to do this exchange. I wont be back. Ill shop at Bloomingdales and Nordstroms instead. read more

Rating based off of my beauty service. Yesi was my beauty advisor who did an amazing job with my makeup. I scheduled for the 60 minute service and she was able to accommodate all my makeup requests and even gave me amazing recommendations. My makeup looked flawless and lasted the whole night. I am sooo happy and can't wait to book with her again for another event read more

Isabella helped me immediately as I walked in. She was very helpful as I'm more recently getting into makeup again. She made me feel really comfortable and made sure what I was getting was clean and wouldn't irritate my already acne prone skin. She was very pleasant! read more

This location is great. I've popped in a bunch of times already as this will be the only Sephora I'm willing to go to other than UTC. It's not crowded and the store is fully stocked. The skin care section is great as they offer a lot ! Staff wise its a hit or miss. Some are friendly and others cannot be bothered to help you for some reason even if you're the one spending money while they're simply there to fit a job description that requires them to meet the needs of their customer. If I remember correctly, customers bring in the business required for you to maintain your job. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ anyway, don't waste your time asking staff to color match you as they will literally half ass that role. The help wasn't consistent & the sales associate was helping others at the same time, so it wasn't a personalized experience to say the least. Other than that the convenience of this location is wonderful as you do not need to fight for parking in a mall & it's tucked away in liberty station. Check your packaging before leaving. I pulled the last of my favorite lipstick and it was missing from the packaging. read more

I have never tried so hard to find correct hours for a place or been spoken to in such a rude manner as I have with Gianna the manager. I called in 12/26 around 6:10 PM and tried to press 1 for hours and the recording said NOTHING! Then I called back and spoke to an employee who said they closed at 6. After clearly remembering I've been in this store after 6 I called back and spoke to the Gianna. She was condescending, rude and just not nice. I worked in retail 7 years and I understand she probably hates her job but no reason to talk to customers that way. I explained to her the hours I finally found listed it as 7 and she immediately became rude and defensive and said well those are wrong and we're counting the till right now and "It's CLEARLY PRINTED ON our doors we close at 6". We'll Gianna I wasn't there yet so I couldn't read the door... I was going based off what is posted on the sephora website! I really feel like the employees here lie because they wanted to close early. I've worked in retail and if those are your hours listed that's what you work. I will not be back to this location. Super rude employees who obviously hate their job. Gianna should not be a manger or needs to take a class in speaking to customers. Also, if she is indeed a manager she should probably check into getting the correct hours listed ASAP and getting the extension when you call that is supposed to tell the customers the hours fixed. read more

Chyna greeted me sweetly. Gave me space. Then responded when I asked for her help! We chatted a bit, what customer service from her! She was able to provide a sample of an expensive product I am preparing to buy. I told her I could hardly tolerate U-L-t- A as their customer service is non-existent, the store is hotter than hades. Coming to Sephora was like coming to paradise with Chyna greeting me, answering my questions, attending to my questions and need all while not sweating (because Sephora is nicely cooled). read more

So happy Point Loma has a Sephora now! Went today with my friend to get some essentials and was approached by Merian. I believe that's her name... she was so kind and informative. There was other employees talking around us but she seemed like the only one who went out of her way to ask us if we needed help and was showing us a few new products we haven't used or heard of. Thank you so much for helping us! read more
