I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of shade ranges at this location. I really wasn't expecting to find my Fenty / Too Faced shades down here but I did and I was super happy. The only nuisance was the fact that I came on a slow day the associates KEPT asking me if I needed anything and it was overbearing. Eventually I just started messing around with them and walked slow to see if they'd keep conveniently updating the displays around me. I think they finally got the message. Is this my favorite Sephora? Of course not. But it's good to know that when I'm in Playa for an extended stay, if I needed what I needed, I could find it here. read more

Probably the worst Sephora I have ever encountered. Many testers are missing, and many items are out of stock. And no employee ever approaches you and asks you if need help. Small store. Needs some serious attention on inventory management. read more
