There's never any one available to help, this is the 3rd time I come to this location and NO ONE is able to ring me up with MPOS if there's more than 10 how are there never any available? I typically make my Sephora purchases online, but sometimes I like to play and test things out and don't like going through the hassle of returning merchandise. Plus, there are certain things that you just have to try out in person. Anyways, this store is pretty big with a nice selection. It also seemed very clean. The employees were occupied talking amongst themselves rather than helping customers, like me. I asked one lady for beauty advice who passed me along to another lady (Not sure why). Neither of them could crack a smile or act the least bit interested in assisting me. It seems like customer service is lacking at this location. read more

No one greets customers in the store. I spent a long time choosing a shampoo, waiting for someone to come and help me, but no one ever did. Kerastase has a huge selection of shampoos, and I needed professional help. When I tried blush samples, I got my hands dirty and only found cotton pads. There was no makeup remover anywhere. I found a salesperson and asked her to give me some. If you could have seen her displeased face when I asked, she silently, without a word, handed me a bottle and left with a displeased expression and rolled her eyes. I'm simply shocked by this attitude. I also don't understand why these bottles of makeup remover aren't placed near the cosmetics section where people try them, like they are at other Sephoras. I could have made a lot more purchases, but I didn't. Many of the samples were empty, as were the bottles of Tom Ford oils, perfumes, powders, blush, Dior eyeshadow, and other brands. The Dior body cream and Armani perfume samples were spoiled and smelled musty. The smell was disgusting. When you come to a store with pleasant scents, you don't expect to inhale this nastiness. No one cleans the store; it's simply a mess. I don't know if it's the salespeople's job to ensure that the product samples are fresh and full, and not empty or smelly bottles and packaging, but instead of replacing everything and tidying up, they wander around the store like sleepy flies and don't even help customers. When I made a good, expensive purchase, they didn't give me a single sample. I like to try new things and then buy them. I asked why they weren't giving me samples, and the salesperson told me they were out of samples and rarely had them because the store was so busy. That sounds really strange; the store should always have samples, because people buy a lot of things, so there should be enough samples for everyone to try and come back for more. Came in to have a last minute glam makeup service, so glad they could squeeze me in. It was 120 minute for $90. Price was fair and my makeup artist used Dior and I really appreciated that. My super sensitive skin is allergic to most makeup except that very few top brands. My makeup artist was a sweetheart, she did very detailed work on me. And she was very honest saying that I didn't need 120 minutes cause it was so easy to work on my skin. Basically just some touch ups and I was ready to shine for the night! I got false eye lashes and a Tom Ford lipstick which were so glamorous! Fantastic experience at this Sephora! read more

I got my makeup done here when one of my regular makeup artists was sick and had to cancel last minute. I booked the 90-minute service (the appointment really did take 90 minutes btw) and my makeup artist was Kamilah. I'm so used to and happy with my regular makeup artists, and anyone other than them I just assume won't be as good. (They have all been doing makeup professionally for more than 10 years so of course their skill level is high.) Kamilah is newer to the field in comparison to my regular artists, but I was satisfied with how my makeup came out and I would request to see Kamilah again. She seems to want to grow in this field, which I think is a good trait a makeup artist could have. Some items to note: -If you want false lashes, you have to use ones they have in store. -You can add gratuity at the end of your service. My artist emphasized it was totally optional, while still making it clear it was expected (she told me what her preference in pay method was). I was already planning on giving her a tip though. Based on my experience I would recommend making an appointment for a makeup service here if you are needing/wanting to get it done for a an event. read more

I booked a 60 minute full face makeover which was free with a $50 purchase. They matched me with a makeup artist names Alexis. She was amazing, not only did she ask me what look I was looking for and what type of look I wanted, but I personally felt super beautiful after the makeover. I went for a drastic glittery smoky eye and she nailed it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASKING FOR HER. She's so attentive and wants to give you the exact look you want while offering suggestions. While I hate posting pictures of me I hope the review will shed some light on how awesome she was. I have been a loyal Sephora customer and Rouge Member for over 20 yrs and this is my absolute very first negative review in my life of any Sephora. This store is the absolute worst! I cannot believe the level of incompetence on every level of every store employee at that store. After reading the other reviews, and not just from Yelp, but also on Google, I am shocked that Corporate has not come in and changed things. Everything everyone else has complained about is still occurring, right down to the staff only paying attend to you to make sure you're not stealing. They do not care to help you at all. No one greeted me upon entering. I let that go. No one offered to help me. I let that go too, because I figured I could find what I wanted. What i could not let go was the treatment of me when i was forced to have to use the services of the staff because all the perfume is locked up. You see. I was there to purchase complete goodie bags for me and my besties (10 of us) for our trip. We were celebrating one of our girl's birthday. Oh and I didn't stroll in like a rat either. I was wearing my Goyard and rocking my Valentinos. The sales associates were too interested in gossiping with each other to help in anyway. Oh, and heaven forbid I asked one to please retrieve 10 bottles of the perfume for me. She looked at me and asked if I was serious. Yes... she really did ask me that. I told her, we'll, I would grab them myself, but they are not on the shelf. She said then said to me, "they are $195 each." (Mindblown that someone would actually say that) Couldn't she see that my purse alone was $8,000 and my wedding ring was a 5.5-carat depression diamond? Scheduled a full face makeover here as I was going to the Backstreet Boys concert followed by a night at Intrigue. Since I'm lazy and clueless, I let the professionals handle it. Scheduling was easy. They had more accommodating times than the other nearby Sephoras. The location wasn't hard to find and it was not packed at all. I'm so used to people on top of themselves at Sephora so was very happy when I arrived here and had space to breathe. They did a superb job on the makeover. Re-touched to my wishes. Make up galore and more! It can be overwhelming but with the right associate it can be lots of fun. I actually came over to this location because they offer free makeup classes which I got the 411 from an employee there. Other locations have classes as well but this location matched up with my schedule a lot more. I wasn't sure what to expect but it turned out to be a lot of fun. FYI it's best to not wear makeup while attending a makeup class. I was the only one who showed up so I actually got a one on one lesson! Tasha was my MUA teacher and she showed me some awesome tricks that I never knew. I'm pretty plain when it comes to makeup but now I feel like I could pull off a little more risqué makeup. Sephora also has the color IQ machine which matches your skin color and it was way cool. I was able to pick from over 100 different brands and Tasha helped me narrow down to 3 that I wanted to try. I've been to a number of Sephoras over the year, but this is the first one I've felt compelled to review. This is a mega-Sephora, the size of a Costco with the staff to match. The interior looks like your standard Sephora - clean, lots of black and white, wall to wall cosmetics - but its sheer magnitude makes it worth a visit, especially if you have any make-up needs. I came with Celina C. to get fake eyelashes to wear out for my bachelorette party. Two of our friends had already gotten some attached, and they looked so good we decided to make the short trip. We were helped by a couple of nice ladies in the Make Up Forever section of the store. Attachment came free with purchase, and I left with huge false eyelashes and no make-up on my face, a good look for sure. It's worth noting that if you want your make-up done in store, you have to make an appointment. We tried to walk in, and all the make-up artists were booked well in advance. I guess lots of ladies like to get their make-up done professionally before going out in Vegas. Who knew? In our ten minute stay at Sephora, we ran into a high school friend from L.A. who was also in Vegas that weekend. She was in to get her make-up done (because she planned ahead). Vegas is, in many ways, an extension of L.A., but like everything else in Sin City, this Sephora is bigger and shinier than its equivalents back home. read more

I'm a member of their club or whatever it's called so I had a birthday freebie to redeem and I also wanted to get myself a new creme to powder eyeshadow. This location is huge and it was a great way to burn off a big lunch we had just had. All of the sales staff that wanders around are super helpful. I wanted a new purple eyeshadow and she ran around finding every single one, doing a test on me, and when I picked the one I wanted, she ran and grabbed it for me - all while I'm standing in one spot and not wandering around all over. The one she picked was perfect aside from the one I was originally going with. She matched it to my complexion and gave me some great tips to get the most out of the bold bright color. win/win. I love it and think it's a great value for $20. After I had the perfect shade of eyeshadow, we wandered around a bit to see if there was anything else we wanted and then left happy with our purchases. read more

We came here just as the Forum Shops were opening. We had some time to kill, so we took a peek in Sephora (which ended up in a lot of monetary damage, but it's ok... I plan to make it up in the casino). We not only got to buy some of the new Marc Jacobs line, but had the pleasure of working with and asking questions of Gina. First of all, every one here is super friendly. If they don't know an answer, they will make sure that they find it out for you and get extra opinions. They will grab products and bring it to you instead of leading you around the maze of the store. Anyway, Gina was amazing. Not only did she know exactly what she was talking about, but she did it with enthusiasm and willingness to help. I never got the kind of snooty attitude that some Sephora employees give sometimes, but Gina took the time to help us find exactly what we needed, even though she had a lot of things to do on at her station. My friend who is not really into makeup, not only got assistance in applying her makeup, but got some tips on application as well. Overall, the staff here is great; it's also a pretty big store, so you will likely find what you are looking for! read more

Aaaah, Sephora, the place that was designed to take my money! This is one of the best beauty shops in the world but the brands that are carried are top of the line -- and they come with top of the line prices! I don't often buy $35 lip gloss but when I do, I head here to get it. Don't be intimidated by the glam atmosphere and beautiful employees, just stroll on in with your fanny pack and Hangover t-shirt and have at it. Everybody loves this place, even my Vegan sister in law likes to shop here to get her cruelty-free cosmetics. Sephora is one of my favorite "freebie" things to do in Las Vegas because you can go in and try out all the products and samples for free. I can spend the entire afternoon in here painting my nails, trying out lipstick, perfume and more. I come out glistening and greased up from all the $80 hand lotion and smelling like a rich lady with my $300 perfume on. I wanted to start with this particular comment and concern because it was very disturbing to bare witness to. I go in to one of my favorite beauty and makeup stores called Sephora. Was greeted by a vibrant and inviting blue haired Sephora employee. After walking into the store me and my friend both noticed all the staff went to greet the other people that were now entering the store. At this point I really wasn't gonna start thinking Negatively just yet. My guy friend was already becoming agitated by the lack of attentiveness to two customers that walked in 6-8 minutes before the other people that were just entering the doors. This was his first time, and he wanted some bubble bath soap. I highly recommended one of my top stores, that has everything with great customer service. This location in Caesars' Palace Hotel And Casino definitely wasn't one of them. So I throw up my hands giving somewhat of an SOS signal. Finally got a Spanish woman to assist us, she was playing and constantly fiddling with the handheld computer contraption that she was trying to get to work for her. I requested a few samples, she explained how many I could receive but this wasn't my first or second time shopping or browsing in a Sephora's store. I listened to everything she was saying, and just agreed. So I noticed she told me and my guy friend to come with her to the register so she could make my samples. This was kinda odd but I really didn't want to read too far into her behavior. She kept saying her computer handheld wasn't saving or finding my information in the system. Because it wasn't operating right she asked me for my email and phone number 20 plus times. We were in the store 30-45 minutes because this woman wanted to put the samples that she didn't give me in the system. Then when we wanted to get a sample of something else, she re-appeared. Left from behind the registers, to come an assist me and my guy friend again. She did and said the same exact thing from earlier, "Come with me." I was like WTF!!! Why are we being called to trail her every time we request samples?? I have been a Beauty Insider for a Very Long time. I stopped shopping at Ulta Beauty because of similar stereotyping and classifying would occur. I don't want any apologizes because that's not compensation enough. Nor will I be asked to take this comment of concern down unless it gonna be beneficial for me. I'm tired of people of other culture groups or ethnicities treating people that don't look like them as if there less than human or aren't just as entitled to browse and shop at any establishment in the United States Of America. Really concerned with how divided our world is and where we're going. So sad and disappointed that I had to experience and observe this in 2018 almost 2019. This is one of Vegas' high end malls, and this isn't the first time I had a somewhat racial experience in one of the stores at the Forums. Not sure of some people are conscious of there interactions with people of color or not. As a Black and Nubian Queen, I won't just allow things like these to continuously take place from franchises and corporations without calling folk out on there racial profiling. I don't know if the mall owners are oblivious to complaints or even walking in and becoming undercover shoppers just to see for themselves what and how employees are treating people that aren't of the same race as them. The mall took my comment down and removed once saying, "This comment has Nothing to do with the mall itself." Let's see if they take it down now that I've gotten to the right department store that is housed in the mall. read more

The Beauty Superstore. Like many Sephora store, they have wide selection, well lit, and big space full of awesomness. Everything is placed according to brand and easy to access testers. My favorite would be the features they have on display for comparison. I have seen features like mascara, primers, perfume and etc. It's great to see what is popular and get introduce to some other brand of make-up that I would never venture out if I had not seen it in the section. This trip, I bought a eyelash curler to replace my old one and I was rewarded a birthday present. A Must Recommendation!! Get their reward card, it's free. With enough shopping, the points add up to exchange for nice beauty swag. A bonus birthday gift on your birthday month! WIN! One nice shoutout to the person who helped me at this location. I was looking at the Dior lip gloss and realize that the tester was missing. I asked the salesperson there and immediately she went to open a new sample for me. That was really appreciated. I booked a make over session at this Sephora because overall their reviews seemed higher than most. (I was specifically looking for reviews of those that actually got their make up done, not just shopping.) Anyways, the whole staff, ESPECIALLY MARIA gets 100 stars from me. Maria was the little make up Goddess I got paired with. SHE IS AMAZING. I don't know jack crap about make up and she broke it down for me without making me feel dumb. I showed her a picture of a make up looked I wanted to recreate and she NAILED it. Not only did she do my make up identical as the photo but she also made little tweaks to certain things to make it tailored to ME while still keeping very true to the original picture. I was so extremely pleased with her and her work. When I was done I looked around a little bit and bought a few of the items she used on me. All the other girls working were also super nice and friendly. I definitely recommend booking with Maria especially if you have brown or darker skin. She knows her stuff! Thank you so much, Maria! Side note to Sephora, I think it's absolutely ridiculous they aren't allowed to openly accept tips! A job well done, especially in this industry deserves to be recognized. Really frustrated with the customer service here. I walked in around 7:30pm and looked around for a staff member, I finally found one that tried to avoid eye contact and asked if they do mini makeovers there. Her response was I KID YOU NOT a huge sigh and eye roll with a "yes we do but I don't have anyone here to help you with that". I let her know I wanted to get my eyes done tomorrow and just wanted to know if I should make an appointment. She said "it's only 15 minutes...no you don't need an appointment" but no one was there to help me today . She then stated ANYTHING ELSE??? I just walked away I was so frustrated with the attitude and I didn't go back for my birthday to get my eyes done. So incredibly disappointed that this location no longer sells nail polish...unless you want some bland Guerlain, there are maybe 6 bottles of some brand I've never heard of on a small end cap in the back of the store.
