    Wow! Best Sephora experience I've had. I went in the last 5 mins before they closed. I did not feel rushed even though they were closing the store. A huge thank you to the women in this store for being so friendly and helpful.     The worst experience I've ever had. I went to make a…read morepurchase, and the person who assisted me added a product that I did not take, with a value of $60. When I realized it, I returned to the store, and that's when the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered began. First, the manager did not apologize for the mistake they made. She treated me practically as if I had stolen the product. She asked the person who reviews the security cameras to check whether I had supposedly not taken the product so that they could process a refund. In addition to that, when she said that she had already reviewed the camera footage and that my money should be refunded, she told me to wait until the entire line was cleared so they could assist me. When I complained about why I had to wait for an error they had made, she decided to open the register and finish processing the transaction. The manager showed no gesture of kindness at all. I asked to speak with someone of higher authority than her, but she said she was the only person in a higher position. She gave me her full name and told me to complain to whoever I wanted. I had never felt so humiliated and upset by the attitude of a manager in a store. People must be careful when making a purchase, because if they have to return a product or file a complaint due to a mistake made by the store, you will receive the worst experience. The manager's name is Marite Miranda Canovas. She should not have a position like that when she does not know how to treat customers.

    Management staff need RE-TRAINING about their corporate return policy. A few days ago I purchased a…read moredefective blow drier using my rewards card. When i attempt to return it, they shut me down with "cannot make refunds without a receipt". I calmly stated that #1, i dont need the cash but i need to return the defective item and get whatever refund method applies based on their policy. And #2, their return policy is both online and behind their receipt. I was told my the manager on duty today May 18 at 5pm that all management to district made CLEAR they will not accept refunds with no receipt/ no exceptions. Hum? I asked if this is a franchise to make their own rules (at this point i am clearly upset since some hair drier CAN BE DEFECTIVE and most are not cheap.) And the manager on duty said, she is just taking care of her job. Which I totally sympathize but as a customer I AM TRUSTING their policy and they can conveniently change it. Long story- short, after waiting and refusing to move until I get this situation resolved, they called another manager from another store (the one that says she was going on vacation tomorrow) and she "authorized" the refund with a store credit JUST LIKE THE POLICY SAYS. But their pride was too big to tell me in my face: "We will do the exception ... just for you." I was not flattered. I just waste my time for something could've been done at the beginning.
