I hated going into the ghost mall and trekking past empty stores to go get my BBW fix. I hated it so much, that I just did without. Now that it is in this rejuvenated strip mall, I am back to stocking up on soft soaps and candles. Being gone for a while, I was impressed with the expanded Men's selection of skin care products. The new store is organized and laid out well. It's just a few stores down from the new Marshall's that I have become obsessed with, so I am confident that I will be shopping both stores frequently. Both sales associates I had an interchange with, were super friendly and professional. They made my shopping experience fun. The cashier, got me hooked up with their rewards program and I've already cashed in on my first perk. Go ahead, call me a shopaholic.

I'll admit, I haven't bought a gift here. However, I have bought myself several new pairs of socks, a couple of Christmas ornaments and a candle or two. What surprised me most is that it's located in a small town in IL. This normally is the type of gift shop that you'd find in a trendy neighborhood in a big city. I was blown away by the selection of candles from two companies; Milkhouse and Malicious Women. If I had not already bought all of my holiday candles, I would have gone crazy with the scents they had to offer. When I need to re-stock my candles, it will be no internet ordering for me. I'll head down to RR and shop local. Being a foodie and one who enjoys cooking, I love a good cotton/flour sack dish towel. Especially those that have witty saying on them and I hit the jackpot here. So many to choose from. I had to stop myself at three. It also had an amazing collection of ornaments. They had a Grinch ornament that was extremely popular and they sold out it right before I arrived. It had a 2020 theme saying, it Stink, Stank, Stunk. However, I found two to add to my tree this year, so I was a happy shopper. The variety of merchandise goes on and on. They had treat jars for pets, caps, signs, soaps, birdhouses and much much more. I went into Dooley's today and ordered the "Peaches & Dream" arrangement. This is the third time I…read moreordered this, only because everyone is overwhelmed by the beauty of this arrangement. Dooley's took the order today, made the arrangement and delivered it. The recipient emailed me with a nice "Thank You " note and a picture of the arrangement. Here is a quote from her, "It's one of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen". My sister-in-law had a pacemaker installed and is freshly home from the hospital. These flowers made her day.
