Every school seems…read moreto get further and further away from where I live and I have only ever been in the same school for 2days at a time. How am I supposed to learn anything or get better when I keep moving from one school to another. Recently every school I go to is a secondary school which would probably be better off shutting down. There are no rules or discipline in the school and even the teachers seem to be a bit lost at times. I stated very clearly that I was interested in primary schools and since september I have been to only 1. I have seen vacancies in many schools I have been to for Teaching Assistants but I have not been offered a single interview yet???? I have friends that work with other agencies and they never have to do voluntary work they get paid for every day they work and so far nearly half of my work has been voluntary! I think I have enough experience for a permanent and PAID job now thankyou. Update: Thankyou I have been offered a post for January which is almost 2 hours journey from me! I am taking the position but this distance is really not what I was looking for and after spending on travel it hardly seems worth it.
