I had tried to contact her but not answer. 1 month after this episode I received in the mail a partially reimburse with no detail of the charges nor an explanation of why I wasn't reimbursed 100% and her agency kept $ 105. I will not advise to give this agency your personal account nor doing business with Alissa Gutierres.
