I guess these things were never a priority while living in a city. Dr. Piccioni was the first doctor listed when I searched by my health provider in my zip code. His office is only 10 minutes from my house (it takes 5 minutes to get out of my neighborhood). As a vagabond, I've seen many doctors and yet again I lucked out. I arrived at the new office on time, filled out the first-time application, was called in a few minutes later, was checked and questioned by the nurse, then waited a few more minutes for the doc to come in. Frank's pleasant to talk to and straightforward when it comes to medicine. Maybe this is because he's an osteopathic physician (I had to Wikipedia that myself. The osteopathic philosophy is similar to my own; I just didn't know there was a term for it). I was informed of and opted to get tetanus and pertussis vaccine, a blood count and cholesterol check (I even ate before coming in. I didn't know this was possible!), my lip cyst checked, and a ton of medicine for my genetic skin problem. It was all done timely and effortlessly. I have a PPO health policy, but I gladly consider Frank to be my primary physician.

We heard great things about a Dr. Baker who is at the practice, but she is so in demand that we were scheduled with a different physician, Dr. Kaloji. Upon entering there are two doors, the left side is meant as a "sick" side, and the right side is for those who are not sick. I didn't realize that, and we ended up waiting in the sick area side after checking in, though thankfully we were the only people waiting there. So be aware! I'm not sure when our appointment was but we had waited 20 minutes in the waiting room since we had checked in. I say I don't know when the appointment was because we were told and confirmed at 10:15am when we called and made the appointment, but the confirmation text message said 10:05am -- which is a really weird time, but who knows. The nurse who did intake was nice and didn't rush us. She also came back after speaking with Dr. Kaloji and gave my baby her shots, and the information/dosage sheet for adverse reactions and weight for medication should a fever arise. Dr. Kaloji was really nice. I enjoyed speaking with her, and I liked how she communicated with us. She listened to my concerns and went over each one. She didn't rush us and with each concern I had, she gave me information on what to expect as she gets bigger. We've only had one visit, but I'm hoping the trend continues to be as great as this one. Hopefully Dr. Baker is just as great, but if not, I'd absolutely come back to see Dr. Kaloji for follow up appointments as well.

She is always happy to answer any questions we have and doesn't rush us out. I highly recommend her and plan to have her be my daughters pediatrician as she grows. Side note: anytime I call with questions for the nurse or doctor, my phone call is returned in usually no more than 30 mins. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We have also seen Dr. Nottingham for a visit regarding eczema and we really liked him, too.

Parking was plentiful but not many are near the front door. The wait time to get checked in was only a few minutes and then you are sent to the correct dept. We were seeing a Dr that doesn't have a dept at this location so we were told to wait in a room that was empty and it would be 10 min before anyone came out to get us. Other waiting rooms were busy. Ours was literally just us. And no other person ever came through until child was called back. The working area was clean, nurse was nice, and once in the room, the Dr came in. Nice! No waiting! The dr seen was nice. I was warned he lacked personality but knows his stuff. I would agree with the preview I was given. But in the end, he couldn't help my son's issue....same information I was told years ago. We did get a better prescription and materials to purchase some medical supplies. So not a complete waste of time. I like that you can get in and out here pretty quick. Years ago we saw a different Dr in a different dept. That was a busy waiting room and we had more of a wait. Staff then was great. Son had some extra testing on the spot we didn't know about and that went well and results were instant. That Dr had personality and knowledge and was reassuring about the situation. So all our experiences here have been good. I am never here for hours. And the Drs are all great/smart/helpful.

I haven't heard from his office and I can't go after him for malpractice. I am now handicapped for the rest of my life because of his carelessness. I can no longer do the things I enjoy in my life and it's causing me major depression. They still have not followed up with me to see how I'm doing or if I need anything. Then I see they comment on all the positive reviews but as they have done me for the last year, ignore the negative reviews. Geoffrey Wright is just an example of a doctor who thinks he's God. No matter the outcome, he can do no wrong. He messed me up for life but he'll continue to collect his money and move on with his life without any remorse while I continue to suffer for the rest of mine. A surgeon is supposed to be there for their patients. They don't just perform a procedure on them and leave them be. This is my knee today, a year later.
