They are right next to Sam's however I would say you are getting the same quality for better service at a better price. Know your materials, and know what styles you want before hand. They can only show you examples, but you yourself must know what you want. Their turn over for producing a shirt was much faster as they were ready the next day, and small fixes were even available the same day. They were very friendly and talkative so I felt a sense of higher transparency while going through this process. Don't be afraid to ask questions and tell them if something isn't how you want it to be! They were very willing to work together with me. Be prepared to go for multiple fittings! I fitted my shirt twice. If you want your shirt to fit right the first time, that is just how it should be. The shirts I got fit amazing and I am very happy with this experience.

The length is only one length but they provide free alterations for pants more than $100 HKD. All you do is trying them on and then they will take your measurements and they will cut it pants to your liking. They usually get it done within a day but might be able to get it to you later that day if you get there early. The pants are also cheaper than in the US so try looking out for some clothes while you are there. Definitely a perk of buying their jeans in HK. I got three pairs of paints for less than I expected and cut to my liking. You gotta go check out a Uniqlo when you are in Hong Kong.

What impressed me, was that he wasn't trying to be like a British atelier or traditional. The shop was more concerned about self expression and having fun (find the suit he made for Jon Hamm) . Endless linnings at your disposal, as well as styles. I ended up ordering a basic black suit, on purpose. But still ended up with some signature details: modern slim peak lapel, hand pick stitching on the lapel, and slight roped shoulders. . Details you really appreciate after you walk through a department store and realize those details are something you can only get when you order custom. It's a nice subtle flex without being obnoxious. The suit fit great, with the tailored custom shirts to match. I was so impressed I ended up ordering another one. This time decided to have a little more fun with color accents. When I got back from my trip, I did a deep dive and realized I barely scratched the surface of the options that were available. After I received the 2nd suit Navy with aqua blue accents and loved it (pictured in the review). I had to order a 3rd and "Let Roshan Cook". I ended up getting the light grey suit pictured in the review. Roshan consulted personally on this one, and since it was my 3rd suit I was down to try new things: gauntlet cuffs, contrast buttons, compact 3 roll 2 (Sam's Tailor exclusive), and double accent lapel button holes. The suit turned out amazing. These people make suits for celebrities and political figures from all over the world. Don't be afraid to go with their recommendations. Overall it was a great experience, Roshan really means what he says that he will always be available for your questions about suits and style advice. We were greeted by Nick who walked us through the different options and fabric choices. I have been in need of a navy suit for quite some time and I settled on a 3 piece suit. If you are going with a bespoke suit, you might as well get the complete package! I also ordered a pair of pants, a sport coat, and 3 custom shirts. Most places in the US tend to not have french cuffed shirts so it was nice for me to be able to get several custom ones made. Since we were in HK for a week we had several fittings. Nick, Andy, and their team during the first fitting made small but noticeable suggestions to my suit. Taking up the sleeves a small amount and adjusting the jacket even the smallest amount made a big difference to the look. I was impressed by their expertise and skill. I would suggest that you try on everything before you leave HK. On the day before we left, I decided to try one of the custom shirts that I had not tried on yet. It turned out that it was just a little smaller than the other two that were fine. Empire's tailor was able to let it out just a fraction of an inch and fixed the shirt in under an hour, so it was not a big deal. You are dealing with bespoke clothing, so it is a good idea to check the fit of everything. Working with Empire was a great experience and worth a stop for anyone looking for a perfect fitting suit.

I have reached out repeatedly through their What's App number; written emails; and inquired through their online contact form. I have been completely ghosted. I was so pleased with the process after the first day, that I ordered 2 more custom shirts when I came back for my fitting.
