Our 1st flight was delayed from Florida and called Dino from the Fort Myers airport to catch him…read morebefore he left. Re-booked us two days later with no problem. Arrived in Syracuse airport, expecting him to be waiting in his vehicle. Not so, and we wandered around for almost an hour getting more anxious when I went inside to get out of the cold and there he was with a sign. He had figured we would be at the luggage retrieval, but we had none. He was very gracious about this mix up, but Dino please let your clients know you cannot park at the waiting line of regular vehicles picking up. Had a very easy return into Canada. We would heartily recommend Dino's Kingston Shuttle if we need transportation again from Watertown or Syracuse or in reverse. Sherrill and John Wright from Bath ON

Byers helped make our wedding day on 29th October absolutely perfect…read more In the months leading up to it all, I found transportation one of the most stressful things to try and book. So many limousine services were unresponsive, difficult to contact, etc. NOT Byers--from the get go Shelley was warm and professional, calling me right away to discuss details and make sure everything was timed correctly and how I wanted it. She was also in contact in the weeks leading up to the wedding, as was James, to make sure that I knew everything would be okay. On the day of, James was our driver. The limo was beautiful and clean, and he was awesome! He got everyone where they needed to be in more than enough time and impressed all of my bridesmaids with his awesome reversing skills :) We could not have asked for a better driver, or for a better limousine service. From the moment I contacted Byers the experience of figuring out wedding transportation became stress free! I would very highly recommend them!
